Hi everyone. Lot of new names here. First of all, I'd like to say a big thanks to Jaz and DLD as well as the Brotherhood in general for their kindness in allowing me to come back. I did some selfish things in the past to help promote myself and I'm sorry. I'm here to participate again in the community. I'm going to try and share my knowledge where I can on hanging and clamping mainly. But, also on general PE. I've been around this stuff since about the same time DLD came online and we go back to say the least.

How are ur doughnut effects? Did they ever feel any sort of rigid or always gushy.
 
If you are referring to fluid build up around my circumcision scar area from exercises like jelqs and squeezes, they were always squishy.
 
Ur supposed to be notorious for going hard. Ever had any blockage-type injury? How did you get over it
 
No, never had a serious injury. My only "injury" I recall ever having was a slightly clogged skin vein on my shaft from jelqing too hard. I massaged it for a few days when I remembered to and it went away.
 
So u PE'd thru it 😲

Would anything have stopped u?

I have gained about 2" in length and a little over 1" in girth. So far. I gained my first 1/2" in length and girth from jelqing. Typical "newbie gains". The rest came from squeezes, some stretching here and there and more so from hanging and clamping.

How does one get this from Jelqing? Going too intense for too long? I've actually started Jelqing a lot more and with extreme intensity, close to 1000 combined upward and downward Jelqs. Am I at risk, and what are some ways to avoid this thrombosis other than lowering intensity and duration?
 
U need to seriously abuse ur veins' capacity. That's why I dont do constrictors anymore than like one minute
If ur not clamped %100 erect I dont know if its likely to happen, but still take care of your veins when jelquing over them

it depends on your veins. i just got one to throw from stretches and SG usage.

That's a little disheartening. So you only gained 2 inches in length through all those efforts, including hanging? Can I ask what your hanging routine looked like? Like how much time a day and how much weight did you get up to. Also, how long did it take to gain those two inches?

I don't recall seeing anyone having made more than 2 inches in length other than Bib and DLD. My personal goal is to gain at least 2 inches from hanging, but what I really want is 3-4 extra inches in length. In your experience is 3-4 inches even possible with an intense hanging routine?

That suks bro did ya grip too tightly, or are u sayin u have delicate veins. I got one a while bak on the foreskin which I dont even care about. Just recently I got some blockage that idk is lymphatic or vascular so I'm doin stretches exclusively

I went with the pull the shit out of your dick method that walking dream did. I hadn't been doing manuals for like a min, but i would haphazardly add SG here and there. I think it was the faulty mistake of doing some pretty intense SG tension and about 15 min of manuals my first time out. I thought because I'm probably the most conditioned BM user on the boards that I could jump back into my old routine without ill effect. Boy was I wrong. Never fear tho. Heat, massage and anti inflammatory protocol has got 90 % out in about 48 hrs like the OP HAD mentioned. Might take the test of the week off and resume length again next week with more caution. I already have a pretty fat dick; now I just want a longer dick. If anyone has any input on keeping these veins and vessels from freaking out during the lengthening process please DM me. Thanks.


And OP. Glad to have you back. And to the naysayer above. I'll take two inches anyday.
