Dear Board

I have been concentrating on girth work as of late and the problem I have been noticing is my girth gains are very uneven I seem to grow much more towards the base and up to mid point but from mid-point to the upper half of my shaft it is very thin and it's starting to look like a cone. I currently use DRY, Jelqs, clamping (I wear the clamp at the base of my dick btw) and DLD's SSJ's for my girth work and even tho it feels like I'm working my upper shaft more I make sure I concentrate on it and squeeze on it more when I'm jelqing and squashing it etc and nothing seems to be working for it can you offer any advice has anyone ran into the same issues I'm having?

I am basically looking for an even girth kind of like what this guy has (notice his girth is consistent or close to being consistent)

Thank You

Uneven girth gains happen, usually, because of uneven exercise, or one hand is stronger than the other. In your case I would say, concentrate heavily on the mid to upper shaft by adjusting your SlowSquashJelq position to be a bit higher. Are you doing any heavy stretching, extending or hanging? If so, stop stretching downward with intensity, this always adds to base girth.

The Bathmate is also really good with even gains because of the consistent, contained pressure. Using the Bathmate alone may clear this up but if you add it in it may greatly speed your gains.

You mean like grab my penis higher up and squash from there instead of grabbing at the base?

Exactly. The beauty of the Slow Squash Jelq is that the hands can shift position to isolate a particular part of the shaft.

DLD are there any other exercises I can use to help my mid- upper shaft besides the SSJ

You could try simple squeezes while erect. Grip the penis below the area you want to expand and kegel and hold as much blood as you can in that area for as much time as possible. You are kind of forcing the expansion to an isolated area. Very simple to do and very effective with spot training.

I enjoyed my routine more when I was training length and girth on the same day. I was hanging lower compared to when I forced mainly or girth.
