Penis Health Thrombosis vein, advice please!

Hey,
I’m pretty sure I have a thrombosis vein, it’s starts from my base and goes to my mid shaft, I won’t add a picture because it’s difficult to see and more noticeable by touch. It’s a very thin and hard vein, It doesn’t cause much if any pain maybe a dull ache but I have a very high pain tolerance so it’s hard to tell. I first noticed it yesterday, I think I created it in a girth workout of bathmate and squash jelq but it’s hard to know because I also clamp and hang, but I know I pushed that session too hard (yes dumb! And I obviously regret it now)
Anyway I would really appreciate some advice on recovery protocol, how long break I need to have from pe and routine to help it recover, and anyone’s past experience and general advice?

I’ve been taking ibuprofen and keeping it heated with total man’s infared heat pad, I will be buying Hirudoid Cream tomorrow and having a warm bath every night. Im so upset about the time off and losing gains plus messing my unit up for potentially the rest of my life, sucks
 
Hey, @Day.

I haven’t posted in a minute on here, but here’s a “suggestion” and just my personal advice. Investigate this for yourself and ensure you do your homework here:

Excessive PE can lead to issues. Big time. Try and find pharmaceutical grade DMSO. Dimethyl Sulfoxide. Must be 99% purity. This is a phenomenal liquid that you can apply directly (with an organic cotton ball) to the penile shaft.
WARNING; The penis shaft MUST be clean and free of any oils, lotions etc. Why? Because DMSO is a solvent and will carry anything into the skin and blood stream. It is a powerful product and does work on vein thrombosis. It helps to break them up and doesn’t allow them to form any clots. Which is what you DO NOT want. You can find it anywhere. I got my pharma grade DMSO via Amazon. Look it up.
Application is light. DMSO straight or cut it 60/40 with distilled water and apply to penis. 100% solution will yield an almost immediate “taste” of possibly garlic in your mouth. It’s just how sulphur works. Please take note of also NOT having anything come in contact with penis like underwear, clothes etc for at least 20 minutes after application. DMSO will drive anything into the skin. The benefits are scientific and you can look them up. It’s also a vasodilator and works on the cellular level.
Again; this is just my personal suggestion to try and ward off any vein thrombosis issues.

Thrombosis vein is most likely caused by clamping. Many guys suffer because of clamping. Hope you get better soon ❤️‍🩹

You should never clamp, it is to DANGEROUS
You need to rest your penis/tissue and do deep tissue massage in front of MOSRED.

Very common when you clamp/strap for too long. @TCDreamer has the right method to get things rolling fast. Do follow his advices by writing down the checklist, checking it 4 times and lock the directions into your head before starting. My wife uses the same method before beach days if she only has a week or two remaining.

If you don't want to take that crazy method, alternative is:
  1. Drink a 200 mg aspirin two hours before doing this, and follow by a baby aspirin daily. Any process of blood dislodgment may incite blood clot formation or promoting the blood clot mobility.
  2. Use warm toward slightly hot compress for 5 minutes.​
  3. Massage the penis in a longitudinal (roll it vigorously between your palms), follow by latitudinal direction (stroke in along the length of the entire vein) and beyond it if you can for 1 inch beyond the vein's length in both direction.​
  4. Switch to cold toward slightly icy, and perform the same massage method.​
  5. Then back to warm.​
  6. Perform 5 sets each day.​
This may take between 4 to 6 weeks to see full changes.

I also believe you are doing too much at once that’s a lot of work in my opinion.

I mean BM and SSJ I can understand stick with the SRT, but adding more unnecessary exercises such clamping and hanging in the mix is a lot.

Take some time off to heal if you ever do decide to come back focus either on Length only for 6 months to a year or girth only don’t over do it by adding all at once.

I agree!

Clamping I believe is what did this.
But keep in mind: If you are going hard with manual stretches, this can also make the veins hard in your penis. The solution is to rest.
Follow SRT and only do SRT 5x5x3 and manual stretches (LengthMaster 3 - With your hands. counts as manual stretches) are more then enough to promote tissue growth.

If it does get better I will be taking it very easy when I get back to pe and stopping clamping. I might even purchase an infrared light similar the the MOS-Red, I can’t afford the postage to Australia on that one unfortunately.

You need to right wavelength, not just red light.

Ok so the pic where my thumb is, kind mid base shaft is where I can feel its the most and I think is where it really clotted but can’t see it as the skins thicker there. The where I’ve drawn the circle around is where I first noticed the thin hard vein as its more visible but doesn’t feel as thick as it is at the base. The vein runs from the base of my shaft up to the spot where I’ve drawn the lame circle around lol. Any advice is much appreciated.

This is hard do evaluate in pictures.
Veins will get bigger as you grow, it can also be inflamed hair follicles, or ingrown hair.

I have something similar near my glans in my foreskin (currently), previously I had something in my base for months...and then suddenly it just dissappear. These can be percistent throughout your pe journey.

You have nothing to worry about.
Rest a bit...that will fix it.

If it's:
Veins will get bigger as you grow, it can also be inflamed hair follicles, or ingrown hair.

Then it's nothing to worry about, and you can continue doing penis enlargement.

When I was stretching hard my vains would get hard sometimes, this was not thrombosis, I just needed to rest a bit and then continue stretching.
 
Yeh I definitely will be resting up despite the frustration of not being able to pe but I will be extremely relieved if it clears up and I can get back into a pe routine again, a lot gentler and cautious..
It’s the hardness of the vein and how it felt like a thin guitar string which freaked me out as that’s what I’ve read is often signs of thrombosis in pe.

That "guitar feeling" I had when I was growing and stretching, just rest. You have nothing to worry about.
