Here's the deal. I have a nbpel of 7.5" and bpel of 8.25" but an EG of only 5.25". I am looking forward to putting on some size over the next few months. From what I have gather in the forums clamping seem rather effective but I would like to hear from the experts and others who have had very good results on what they think is the most effective girth routine to start off with, lay it out for me pls.

p.s. if you have good length routines that i could use i wouldn't mind since adding some extra length wont hurt. Of course, length is not my concern right now, girth is.
 
Well seems responses are far and few around here but i have a few questions and hopefully someone will come to my rescue this time around.
I have been going through the forums and want to know what some terms mean (not my fault im a newbie). What does ADC stand for and how does it work? What does the abbreviations MSEG and EHG?
 
Here's the deal.
There's no substitute in the world for good ol' research. Get in and dig and find out what works best for you. You'll find out much more that way than if you simply rely on someone feeding you info...especially on topics that have really vast information bases and have been dissected in depth already.
 
Thanks for the response MAXAM but like i mentioned i have been going through much of the forum and reading and getting ideas but its a lot of info and being all new to this its like information overload. Im pretty sure that most individuals who come in here new might have some difficulty because it can get a bit confusing about where to start with all the ideas that are being pushed around. I just thought that if i gave some info about were i am right now in terms of lenght, girth etc. that someone might suggest a good starting point that is likely to work for my particualr situation (sorry for being a lazy piece of shit :)).

None of you told me what ADC,MSEG or EHG means (I guess i will have to research that also). I see those abbreviations all over the forum and all i can decipher is that EG is erect girth.

Recorded my first gains.... probably temporary but it is much encouraging. Have been "engorging that cock" like REDZ suggested for a little over a week now. Haven't recorded any increases in girth but along with the clamping I have been doing some stretching every other day or so. This morning after my clamping session I took some measurements and I had increased in length by 0.25". Its probably temporary but feels good nonetheless. FSL remains at 9.0", EG at 5.25", nbpel at 7.5" but bpel has moved up from 8.25" to 8.5". Will continue stretching and posting updates on any progress that is made.
 
4 hours after my clamping session last night i had some minor difficulties maintaining an erection during sex.. is this normal?

welcome to MOS malez! the problem with your erections could be mental or it could be because of the clampin workouts youve been doin. i used to clamp myself, and i stoped because i was havin trouble gettin an erection....because my penis was gettin used only havin massive amounts of blood to stay erect. when i stoped the clampin, i got my erections back. now i just concentrate on jelqs for girth workouts. these are just my experiences with clampin. theres other members that have had gains through clampin, but for me personally it didnt workout.
 
i think i will have to reassess the clamping routine.... its like my penis is always weary. I am thinking of cutting back on the amount of clamping and see what happens over the next few days. Jelqs, jelqs and more jelqs for now.
 
We all want results as fast as possible but this doesn't work like that. It sounds like you are pushing yourself pretty hard but just remember that frantically trying to gain size is often a recipe for injury in which case it could be more than just Penis Enlargement that you'll be missing. DLD has a program which lays out what you should do and how to progress if you join the paysite. (search: Phase 1)

Slow squash jeqls are an advanced move, usually one builds up to a move like that, its probably safe if you start SOFT and progress OVER TIME. Don't go too fast or you could get thrombosed vein like I did.

I suggest you start pumping. It's is good for girth and doesn't take long to see results, just keep in mind that it isn't permanent. Check out the pumping section.
 
Drjeckle thx for the advice, things have been progressing ok over the last few days. Have being doing a few hundred jelqs every other day or so and though i haven't measured and it doesn't look like i have gained anything.... the penis isn't as worn out as it use to be when i was clamping. Right now its looking rather health and I am encouraged by that.
Doing a few stretches here and there, my jelqs with a few squeezes and trying my ass out to get that pc muscle of mine going (thats my biggest challenge right now)
