Here you go. I only chose this because it was the first one I come across and it seems to promise gains. It takes me 40-45 minutes. Including the warmup/down. But I'll be sure to keep updated.

That's amazing! Can you give me a reference link to this routine? I'm just starting out, and I want to find as many effective routines as possible.

same here. also, a pump doesnt mean youve gained - alot of people confuse the two
 
Yu only need to see one white crow to know that all crows are not black. We should never discount our fellow Brothers gains because they may be the ones who find faster ways to gain. Always encourage not discourage.
