Hi guys,

I was wondering if I can do the erect stretches if I get hard in while doing my newbie routine.

I just keep continue to stretch but more careful because of my erection? My grip will be just under the glans and i will stretch in every direction.

This means it will save me a tremendous amount of time because I don't have to wait for my erection to go away.

Besides are there more ways to perform erect stretches? Or do i need to exhaust the newbie routine first?
 
Yes, yes and yes! Everyone should be including 3 exercises in the every Routine are:

1. Erect Stretching (at least 3 times a week for 10 minutes)
2. Bundled Stretching (5 minutes before stating routine)
3. Expressive Stretching (5 minutes)

These 3 stretches, inanition to the Newbie Stretches will bring the fastest results. The only way to speed these results is using the LengthMaster instead of your hands. All 3 stretches above can be found in the SRT Routine.

Is it possible to put on a cockring when doing erect stretches? Will this be more "effective" ?

In no way helpful. Only after girth work.

Well, it helps me to keep an erection, because stretching makes my penis go flaccid to some extend.

Yes, although I can get distracted pretty easily so my erection can fluctuate "on it's own"

Yeah, erect stretching takes some serious will power to keep and erection going. I suggest just waiting for the times when you have a great erection and take advance of it then. Maybe 3-4 times a week.

I do 20mins twice a week or should I do shorter sets like 5-10mins 3-4 times?

That is just fine. Whatever is most convenient. These do not require daily use but everyone should get in at least 3-4 sessions a week for 5 minutes.
