I literally just started Jp's 90 day beginner routine friday. And today, sunday I measured again and it was half an inch longer.
Friday - BPEL 5.5 inch
Sunday - BPEL 6 or 6.1 inch
I was just really excited and needed to share.
 
Yeah same I was 5.7 BPEL and in 3 days I got to 6.3 BPEL (BPFSL 6.1-6.7) these gains made me doubt my measuring and I felt like I must have been pressing the tape harder into bone on the second tries (and stretching harder BPFSL).

I've only been doing BTC 30 sec stretches mid left and right maybe 5 or 6 times a day so far so gains have come with minimal effort. Well on top of that I've stretched it whenever I can do it comfortably like when watching tv etc.

I guess in the start you get all kinds of gains, for example you might've lost some of your natural length while wearing tight underwear for years and that would come back fast, EQ improvement and so on.

but if you measure your penis NPAPB whats your size?

Could be true but I never wear anything other than boxers. No briefs

congrats! i think its important to take into consideration eq and measuring however. increased eq will lead to immediate gains, but no real growth. also, if how you measure isnt consistent then it can lead to skewed results

very true and likely behind these quick "gains". no body part grows a 1/2'' in 2 days

Sometimes there is a gain just waiting to happen and when you start to exercise that quick initial gain manifests itself. This is very encouraging but don't expect it to be like this always, after initial quick gains are made usually the user will settle into a normal rate of gain like most of us. Congratulations on the fast initial gains and I hope that fuel you to keep reaching for more and more!

What was your EQ like before doing your PE routine?

Yep. Just curious since most of the newbie gains could be correlated to EQ gains (or not gains, just current potential rather than surpassing anything via actual growth).
 
No reason to second guess a gain no matter how quickly it comes. I remember reporting my first gains at the old peforum and �other forum� and no one believed I could gain as quickly as I did, it was quite discouraging but I knew in my heart I had done it. After people stopped hating they eventually started to look into the exercises I created to make this happen and this is when PE changed for me forever. Today I put no restrictions on gains, especially after getting to the size I have. Like I said earlier, sometimes there are gains just waiting to happen, they just need that strong PE push!

this is usually referred to as non bone pressed erect length (nbpel)
 
Jelly. Like those dudes who gain like 2" on their arms after going the gym for two weeks. Good on y'all.

This is impressive! Do you mean DLD's newbie routine or is this JP 90 day regime a different one?
 
I wil be curious to how much you will gain over a lengthly period like 2-3 months time. Please keep us up to date on how things are going, it would be awesome to see you keep gaining at such a fast pace. I suggest starting a progress thread.
