I've been messing around with erect stretching, I like it and it gets a good burn but have any of you cut out flaccid stretching altogether and only do erect stretches? If so has there been any gains and what type of routine or workouts do you do?
 
i think the main stretching of pe is there in flaccid

i think if u do only do erect stretchging then that is the only way to gain erect size and not flaccid....if im not wrong

Although if you stretch while erect, you'll still be stretching the ligaments that are stretched in flacid state... so if it were feasible, maybe erect stretches would be the only ones necessary to gain length... but you can't always be stretching with a boner (for example when you're using a Size Genetics over a couple of hours).
 
Hmm, well, I think that whenever you stretch erect and have a good firm grip over the base of the penis it really helps pull out some expressives. DLD?

Id never cut out flacid stretching,its best to do both. Erect stretching feels amazing for me, almost like pre-orgasm feeling = I absolutely love erect stretching.
 
i had this senseless idea let say while i was grabbing erect i twist the base of the penis whit my left hand,as if was trying to break the tunica....LOL
 
Based on what you guys said I'm going to do just erect stretches seeing that no one has done just that, I'm tired of flaccid stretching i"ll save that for my SG. I actually had tried something today which i'll strictly do everyday for a month and see what comes of it. I usually do an intense 30 min girth workout and about 4-5 hrs in my sg daily depending how life pans out lol, but earlier today I decided to stretch while 100% erect, I used my right hand to grip and pull from the glans, simple, however before I stretched I kegeled as hard as I could to get my head super filled, then performing the stretch under the glans it pretty much clamps the blood in the head maintaining that mushroom. Now at the same time as you're stretching your left hand while grip the base of the penis. From that initial kegel you'll be getting as much blood into the head and shaaft as possible. Now as you grip the base, you'll realize that you're also gripping the head, so you trapping all the blood in the shaft and also in the glans. After you complete that which should take no more than a sec or 2, you're going to perform the stretch, pulling the head with your right hand, and your left you"ll dry jelq your way upwards towards the hand that is performing the stretch, and while jelqing with the left really try to pull the dick along with you, it'll be like an "expressive jelq". I think this may be the exercise I've been looking for for years. A manual workout that targets both length and girth simultaneously. If I can cut out everything else and do solely this and it works? Champion status
 
Sounds perfect and I cant to hear your reaults after month or two.
Il add some of this to my routine as well.

Both are necessary to gaining with the most speed. Most length exercises are done flaccid, with few exception, this is where length comes from. Since there is usually a gap between BPEL and BPSL erect stretching is important to closing this gap.

So would you say it is pointless for me to only do erect stretches? I understand what you mean by closing that gap but idk I'm feeling like we don't know what could come from just erect stretches. But you have way more knowledge than I do on the matter

I say you do both flaccid and erect stretches, I dont see any reason to cut off flaccid work, you can get a longer stretch

I would not say pointless, with enough strength erect stretching can bring gains but it takes a lot of intensity. Erect stretching is more geared towards closing the gap between BPEL and BPFL. Flaccid stretching or tool use goes to gaining length.

Erect stretches is what helps in cementing your gains and they should be done daily.
