Hey. I had registered to this site a LONG time ago, but never worked up the nerve to try this. Now, though, I decided it was time to grab the bull by the horns and try it out.

I am 7 x 4.75 erect. From what I've seen, I'm about average in girth, and somewhat above average in length. Do you know any exercise routines I could do that would help? I'm more interested in gaining girth than length, if that helps.

So, that's pretty much it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Good advice. With that routine you'll definitely gain, and then after 2 months on the Newbie routine, I'd recommend some Ulies and Horse squeezes, and then progress to Constrictors if you want to go that way.

Good luck!

I've found that starting Penis Enlargement has given me more initiative in the rest of my life. Dedicating yourself to something productive is one of the best decisions you can make. Even if you are just trying it out - I think it would be tough to find someone who gave Penis Enlargement an honest 'try' for a month and didn't stick with it. It's beautiful stuff man. Congrats on the decision and good luck to you.

I did my first session today, and I felt really good about it.

I did about 15 minutes stretching, 300 jelqs, and the kegels. As stated earlier, I plan to focus on girth, so jelqing will increase much more rapidly than stretching.

Hopefully, this good feeling I've got about Penis Enlargementing will last so I can stay consistent. Wish me luck.

Stick with newbie routine for 1-2 months, it is excellent for getting into Penis Enlargement and allowing you to try some more daring, or rather should I say intense, exercises without the bigger risk of injury trying it off the bat.

After 2 months try DLD blasters / Pulse 110s, for length. For girth, Supra Slammers, Ulis, Horse Squeezes, etc. Keep on it!

I just did my first [real] pe workout yesterday (DLD's Newbie Routine), and I can already tell it's working. Measured the girth/length again 2day and I've actually gained a couple fractions of an inch. I'm feelin stoked, I can't wait untill the gains really start rollin' in.

I think I measured wrong in my original thread.

These are my stats as of right now.
EL - 6", BPenis EnlargementL - 6.5"
EG - 5 & 3/16ths (That 3/16ths wasn't there yesterday =D)

I'm going to see if I can hit 5.5 EG before the end of this month. :wo0h0o:

Cool. Good luck with everything on your end. It's nice to know I'm not alone in my noobdom. I hope I can help other people who have lurked around this site to gain the confidence needed to start everything off.

Go for it mate work it Hey DLD you should make a Penis Enlargement exercise video with the music and all like those aerobic Vids

Last night, I did the Beginner's Routine again, but I changed the time for each stretch to 60 seconds, and did 400 jelqs. Afterwards, I decided to clamp for 30 minutes as well. I just measured and I'm dead on 5 inches. I am already convinced that I should continue doing this for a long time. I'm glad I finally came out of hiding and started!

On a side note, however, I got a small red mark the size of a caper (little peas that are in spicy stuff) on my dick. I read that this is no big deal, and I completely agree. I only noticed it afterwards, and there was no pain accompanied with attaining it. I think I did it towards the end of my jelquing session, because I worked harder at it towards the end. I'll try to be aware that I could do that and kinda ease up, beacuse last night was REALLY hard. It took me about 75 minutes to finish everything.

Anyways, thanks for your continued support.

hey dragon..glad to see that you are going on with your routine...have you decided what kind of schedule you are going to take...5 on, 2 off, 7 on, 0 off...i see that you already have pretty good length...getting the rest of what you want shouldn't be a problem if you just stay dedicated...but remember just like lifting weights you don't want to push yourself too fast too soon...you may end up with an injury....we don't want to see you on the bench :) ...good luck and continue to do your thing

I have decided, unless I do sustain an injury, I will be doing it 7 on, 0 off. If my routine begins to get too long for every day use, I will only do length on certain days. We'll see how everything goes. Hopefully, it won't come to that.

How is this going with the 7 on no off?
