The Jes Extender I have is the latest, that is, the silicone noose is now a plastic strap. This strap is not good. It is too short, so any additional padding would squash the penis. Any Ideas?

Aha, I see. Can you post a link that shows a picture of the plastic strap you have?
I guess you could always buy the classic noose ones (accessories)and replace your plastic strap, but maybe I can figure something out if I see a pic.

Fedora, doesnt your balls or scrotum get sore from the pressure? I tried cutting out a peice of cloth and put a hole in it like donut but damn my balls are killin me from the immense pressure..any suggestions

I have quite low hanging balls so I guess that´s why I havent faced that problem. The problem I had before I foound out the solution with the sweatshirt donut piece was more of a skin thing.
Do you have a tight scrotum/bals close to your body?
I will experiment with some materials and post pics in this forum in a couple of days.
I think maybe a smaller donut of the hiking material could solve the problem, I will try myself some stuff/materials and post my results.

So your head doesn't get blue. Mine gets blue after 15 minutes. Maybe the tension is too much. You stretch to your max then add tension right. I'm using a homemade setup to see if this would even be comfortable to wear for extended periods of time before I buy a good one.

Ok I have an andro extender that I told you about before that doesn't have the tension lines(I know I got ripped off)but I also now have a Penimaster with tension lines and (5 of 230g each totalling 1150).So I tried the device for 4 days (3 hours for day 1,6 hours for days 2,3,4) and at 0 grams for the first 3 days and the 4th I did 230g.The thing is should I be doing higher tension than this since I have not noticed any kind of better hang at all ,or what do you say?Also is it normal to feel kind of uncomfortable while sitting down?Thank you very much.I await your response soon.

Sorry, it took some time to answer your question, been away at vacation on the beach!

Glad you know have a extender with traction scale. Are you sure the first However, start off at 600g of tension (about between line 2-3). Start with this for the first 1 week, and add hours slowly. Then follow my routine tips here and you should be on your way to some gains!

here´s a start up routine I have sent to some members of the MOS site.



Starting schedule

(first the "get used to it week" at 600g 1hour/day
(3 sets of 20 min)

----------------------------------------------

In the first week don´t wear it for longer sessions than 20 min each set. You see my approximate directions under each week.


week 1: a total of 1 hour/each day tension 900g
(3 sets of 20 min)

week 2: a total of 2 hour/each day tension 900g
(4 sets of 30 min)

week 3-4: a total of 3 hour/each day tension 900g
(4 sets of 45 min)

week 5-6 a total of 4 hour/ each day
(4 sets x 1 hour)

week 7: a total of 4 hour/ each day tension 1200g (notice the change of tension) (4 sets x 1 hour)

week 8 - and on: if you want, add another hour each week to your everyday use. tension 1200g


Do not use higher tension than 1200g for the first 8-12 months.


You should only focus on the traction level in the extender, no matter how long stretch in the extender that gives you. Not like some traction devices manuals say that you should pay notice to how long your stretch are in comparision to you EL.


In the beginning it´s common that 900g or 1200g stretches shorter or at bpel. But as your penis gets used to the stretch it will for most users after a couple of weeks or months lead to a stretch over bpel, while still using the same traction 1200g.



When you are a way into your extender journey, you should have a aim that you not should feel any exhaustion in your penis for the first 45 min. After that you can wear it for a little bit more, and start to plan to take it off when you hit about 1 hour. But this is like 2 months into your journey.
Start with the small amount of extender work I wrote in the schedule. This is a long run, don´t hurry.

i finally got the hang of my extender...thanks a lot fedora and lil fella for walking me through it...one day i just thought let me try it again and i got it...i've been using it a couple hours a day ever since..one thing though...i turn my traction up to about 900 (second line) but while i'm in the extender the lines move back down to about 700g or sometimes 600...i was wondering why this is happening? is it because i'm not stretching at my maximum length or is it another reason...thanks alot

Fantastic to hear Twins!!!!!!!

About the dropping of traction during a session: That is exactly how it should be! This happens because your pnis relaxes and also get stretched in the extender.
That´s why you during a session should screw up the thumbscrews a couple of times back up to the 900 line. That is why you should only focus on what traction you are at.
It also results in that you towards the end of a session have a longer stretch at 900g, this is a sign that you are doing it right!!!!!! The gains are waiting for you around the corner!
