NOTE: This post does not apply to the new SiliStretcher2 with the DuroSleevs. This is only for the SiliStretcher 1 with the original SiliSleevs

We ship the SiliStretcher 1 with the regular size 20mm x 85mm SiliSleev attached and 2.5lbs of weight. This set-up is for starting up and is not intended for heavy weight use. We do this so people don't hurt themselves going overboard the first time using.

Keep in mind, the SiliStretcher is currently intended to be used as an ADS and moderate hanger due to the standard SiliSleevs being the limiting factor.

You will be able to perform intense hanging sessions when the SiliSleev Duros become available.

The current idea is to stretch moderately for long periods, not to hang heavy for short periods.

For advanced users looking to temporarily hang heavier weight and higher tensions with the current standard SiliSleevs, here is what you do.

Remove the standard SiliSleev that came attached to the SiliStretcher.

Attach the long 20mm x 145mm SIliSleev to the SiliStretcher with the thin end of the SiliSleev attached to the SiliStretcher and the thicker end towards your pelvic.

The thicker end is less pliable due to it having a thicker band.

Retract the piston half way into the SiliStretcher by turning the piston knob two and a half turns.

Roll back the SiliSleev onto the SiliStretcher.

20190321_183704.jpg

Insert your penis inside the silistretcher so your glans is about to touch the piston.

Unroll SiliSleeve over the penis with the thick end of the SiliSleev towards the pelvic.

Fold the SiliSleev back over itself to create a greater grip

20190321_184211.jpg

Turn the piston knob a half turn for 7 in.-Hg of vacuum (capable to hang 5lbs) or a full turn for 10 in.-Hg. for heavier weight and tension.

You can also put the SIliSleev on your penis first and then attach the SiliSleev to the SiliStretcher if easier for you. Practice makes perfect.

I will post this in the main thread as well.

I think I will just stick to using the silistretcher as an ADS only because I'm scared of damaging something. As long as the stretching is superior to the Phallosan, i will make those gains I seek.

Far superior!

I will definitely try this out when I reach my 20 pounds of weight in vaccuum hanging ?

I quit compression hanging at 20 pounds and now i’m building this up again with the SiliStretcher, I am 100% convinced that stretching lots of hours is the way to go, and you’ll be gaining with less than 20 pounds of weight.

I can do 5-6 hours per day on monday -friday and on the weekends hanging after I wake up until I go to bed, that means 15 hours on saturday and sunday. I have 100% complete privacy in my dorm room and nobody will disturb me.

I can go for 40-50 hours of hanging per week and at relatively low weights. I’m tied at my desk studying so this is the ultimate solution in my personal circumstances.

This setup will suffice for those wanting to hang more then 10lbs or so, until the more stronger sleeves come into force.

SiliStretcher is ADS, but has evolved into allot more. It will be able to support heavier weights when the new sleeves come out.

Its not that the sleeves on sale are no good, they are very good, but these aren't originally meant to carry heavy weight on them, which can cause issues later on.

When my SiliStretcher arrives, which is tomorrow, I will not use more then 8lbs weight until I get the new sleeves.

I can’t wait to test the new sleeves and see how happy we can go. I talk to lightning he said he got 60 pounds going. I’d be happy with 50 pounds. I can create a truly amazing routine with this much weight for a very advanced users.

How much did you gain with compression hanger?

I’m really thinking that this method will become the standard for stretching and hanging. I have no idea why I never thought of it before, it’s such a simple thing but such a powerful thing.

What is the scheduled release date for the new sleeves. I've been hold off ordering waiting. I almost ordered something's else but thought I would wait for a response here. If there are no updates I'll oreder another ADS later this week.

How much did you gain with compression hanger?

I started last year with the hanger, but I had to quit after four months because it was taking too much time.

I was still in the initial beginner’s phase but i’d gained a few mm’s in BPFSL. I am a student and it was a fucking hassle to take it off every damn 20 minutes. I couldn’t multitask and focus properly on studying because I was interrupted every 20 mins. Also the re-wrapping and massaging , restoring blood circulation took alot of time. the SiliStretcher is way more convenient and you can go for 1 hour and then have a small break and check up.

If I had the time to hang all day long with the hanger I would have been 8”-8.5” BPEL by now. That’s for sure. Only the time commitment man. Time investment is everything.

I did in total 6x20 minute sets per day. 7 days a week. That is the minimum amount of time you need to make gains in hanging. That’s only 2 hours per day but it makes 3-3.5 hours with all the hassle of rewrapping every 20 mins, resting, other stuff going on and it wasn‘t sustainable while being a student in a very demanding undergraduate program.

I will choose the length master over any hanger as far as PE is concerned. The maximum you need to train daily with the length master is 1 hour and you will never hit any plateau as long as you are using the right amount of intensity and changing your routine every 3 months.

The length master is the best length device worldwide.

If you have the time for it, it’s a good device certainly. I only have the time for 10 mins of bundled stretching, and I hang for the rest of the night usually. Hands free PE is in my student phase the most convenient option.

Also the intensity by hand is very different than hanging weights. I cannot replicate 4-5 hours of hanging at a certain intensity (weight) with the lengthmaster. It’s a matter of experimenting and finding out how your tunica responds the best to various exercises. I believe I need to invest long hours in order to break down my scarred tunica full of fibrosis.

Hi guys, I wanna ask.

1. How heavy can you hang with the silistretcher?

2. Is it the device itself or is it the duros sleeve that allow for the heavier weights? When will the sleeve be out?

3. Can i buy only the silistretcher without the weight plates? It gets way too expensive with those
