Setting the SiliStretcher for heavier weight and tension

I started last year with the hanger, but I had to quit after four months because it was taking too much time.

I was still in the initial beginner’s phase but i’d gained a few mm’s in BPFSL. I am a student and it was a fucking hassle to take it off every damn 20 minutes. I couldn’t multitask and focus properly on studying because I was interrupted every 20 mins. Also the re-wrapping and massaging , restoring blood circulation took alot of time. the SiliStretcher is way more convenient and you can go for 1 hour and then have a small break and check up.

If I had the time to hang all day long with the hanger I would have been 8”-8.5” BPEL by now. That’s for sure. Only the time commitment man. Time investment is everything.

I did in total 6x20 minute sets per day. 7 days a week. That is the minimum amount of time you need to make gains in hanging. That’s only 2 hours per day but it makes 3-3.5 hours with all the hassle of rewrapping every 20 mins, resting, other stuff going on and it wasn‘t sustainable while being a student in a very demanding undergraduate program.
Yeah I feel you man I’m a student to and it does become a full time job. Luckily I’m graduating. But the thing I learned to do is to split up my sets 3 in the morning and 3 at night. But you’re right the rearaoping and everything eats up so much time

Hi guys, I wanna ask.

1. How heavy can you hang with the silistretcher?

2. Is it the device itself or is it the duros sleeve that allow for the heavier weights? When will the sleeve be out?

3. Can i buy only the silistretcher without the weight plates? It gets way too expensive with those

With the current sleeves you can hang up to 20 pounds. When the Deuro sleeves come in you should be able to get to 40 pounds or better. And you do not need to buy the weights with the SiliStretcher that can be bought by itself.

What is the scheduled release date for the new sleeves. I've been hold off ordering waiting. I almost ordered something's else but thought I would wait for a response here. If there are no updates I'll oreder another ADS later this week.
You should order the Silistretcher,
while you wait for the Duro sleeves to come out. There is a double sleeve technique that would probably help.
I can’t speak to how much weight the double sleeve technique would hold, but the grip is great.
I use it as an ADS and it works really well.

There are only so many hours in a day. Between pumping 4x 25 and extending for 8 plus Jelqing 400 or more and manual stretching. I don't know if I would be able to find the time to use it without giving something else up. Im kind What would you do?

I’m currently hanging with the SiliStretcher, I can go for 1 hour sets and then have a check up of my glans... That way I can stay focused on studying.

I typically hang 4-5 hours per night.

Started in 03 at 5.0 BPEL x 5.0 MSEG. I did a newbie like routine from a site that doesn't exist anymore, gained an inch in one year and 0.25 in girth. Then stalled for 2 years despite religious like commitment to PE and manual exercises. I was a teenager so some of the gains could have been natural growth.

I participated in Babbis' experiment at thunder's based off the IPR theory (closely related to SRT). It required me to take a decon and also look into hanging. The captain wrench sucked for me and bought the autoextender vac hanger, first edition. Got to hanging slowly but that hanger couldn't add outside vacuum and would slip around 8 lbs. I still gained 1 inch in 6 months. I stopped the experiment because I saw gains rapidly for the first time in 2 years. You can't add extra vacuum in the first hanger I had. I soon bought the Max-vac then Max-Vac II (no longer available) and then the LG (c. 2011) which is currently the best on the market. I will try the silistretcher and compare but it will be hard to beat the LG, but I'm sure it'll get the job done especially for starting out. In 08 I was 7.5 x 5.6 with base girth now 6.0, didn't measure before hanging but estimated at 5.0 because I had a baseball bat dick.

Was off and on since then because of school, work, privacy and laziness. Im coming back from at least a year off and am at 7.8 x 5.6, I've gotten up to 7.85 x 5.75 in past but wasn't cemented.

I think I personally need to go into hanging too. How many hours and how many hanging sets a day were you hanging?

As many as I could. Probably 1 to 6 hours 3 to 6 days a week. I know that's a broad range but I really had to cram as much time as I could and went by feel.

You mean 3 hours or 6 hours per day? Or 3 hours to 6 hours a week?

Sorry 1-6 hours per day and I did that 3-6 days a week depending on schedule and how bad I was sore. I don't have that kind of time anymore and probably never will again but I do plan on getting my masters and will probably restart a hanging routine then.

Here's how I used to attach, I think it was updated on the last page and briefly goes over my history.

Thanks for this information. I'm afraid I might have gotten to a point where I need to change my method of PE.

I need durable stretching now.

What type of hanging you plan on doing and for how long a day?

I have the whole day to myself each day. Just give me that kick ass hanging routine that you are very sure will break this plaque or plateau or what you call it. I'm stuck.

Check out the two new hanging routines in SRT. One is longer than the other so if you have all day to do the longer routine.
