When you first starting out on P.E Gaines come fast,,, if that true then should we really go all out instead of taking it easy??? Because after the couple of months it will be hard to gain.
The reason I ask is because erect I'm 7 1/4 and I'm trying to gain at least a inch in 2-3 months while fast gains are fresh, so I was gone do intense stretches everyday , kegels jelqs and ssj... I am gone really stretch the ligaments. In 2-3 months time I hope to gain an inch

This is not a strict rule...when you are a newbie yes, gain might come easier,it's not like 100 % acurrate, not like you're gonna gain 1 inch in 2 days and then you're going to stop from gaining.

If you go all out when you're a newbie you have high chances of injury. When you go for the first time at a gym,you don't jump and bench press 300 lbs correct? You start easily.

If you just started PE please stick with the begginers routine, don't do extreme shit, you're might get injured.Don't worry about " fresh gains " , stick with a easy routine and after a few months you can jump into the SRT or the " gain 1 inch in 12 weeks " workout :) PE is a marathon, not a race.

Look there's a 'genetic potential' that's all I know. When I was starting out I did like one month of jelqs then started throwing clamps, and hardcore pressures to the mix. I don't think It helped me gain more inches, but I did gain ribs fairly early. This is something I don't regret one bit.

i gained so fast in the beginning ...it was unbeilevable.....

but now my gains are so fucking hard...damm no matter how much intensity i use the gains come veeeeerry slowly...

Doesn't that worry you a little?

One inch in two months is so good...can you imagine 4 months= 2 inches :) If PE had worked for me that way id be a damn happy Guy!!

If i only had motivation..i could've be at least 8 inch by now,9 by the next year..but i'm such a lazy piece of shit LMAO

hahaha you are happy whit what you have now imo, but yeah sometimes motivation is not around LOL

You have a great size i should start a routine you will get what you look for in a brief period of time imo..

Exactly. And gains come in spurts, they do not happen all at once. I did not slow in gains until I reached a gain of 2" in length and 1/2" in girth. At that point I introduced much more intense work and tools which helped me gain to where I am today. I gained a total of 4.25" in length and 2" in girth, this was gained over 14 years. So half my gains took 6 months and the other half took 13.5 years (most gained in the 10 year mark).

Using the same logic im going to get to 7,2 NBPEL n that would be my limit for a while...n i just cant wait to get to 7NBPEL im starting to get really anxious cause the 7 inches mark seems to be fucking close!!:p

Yes, you can go all out and make gains as fast as you can just be cautious. There's nothing wrong with that, however, if you want to cement your gains in a much more easier fashion then you will make a plan to slowly gain that way gains are cemented slowly with you instead of gaining rapidly and doing the boring cementing afterwards of 2-3 months. I've done the slow gains and fast gains so I know what it takes and slow gains is more exciting because you can see your progress at a slower pace and it just feels better. Yes afterwards it will be hard to gain but I wouldn't recommend going for more gains, I would recommend going for a cementing process. But it's your choice, do it how you want and what you're happy with :)

no going harder at the beginning will not give you faster gains
as a newbie you gain more because your dick is not used to the stress thats why you even gain with light exercices
starting intense exercices will make your dick stronger and it will be harder to gain sooner

dude no matter how hard you go....it doesnt matter...atleast it hasent affected me....i didnt do a length and girth routine in beginning and gained...now if you see my routine i think that is quite a bit of PE for a day.....now i feel like adding another hour in the afternoon
is that advisable

doing length in morning
then girth in evening

and adding half hour more in afternoon advisable or is it too much ??

Gains do tend to come easier in the beginning for some, but others may need a bit more work. There really should be nno difference here, all men should gain at equal rates if they are all training the same routine. So lets say 20 guys are training SRT, each of them should have relatively equal returns on their gains. This is not the case which presents the opportunity to find why. I believe my new study will help men accomplish equality in gains with any given productive workout.

DLD as you know my routine of morning length and evening is girth.....now i have this air pump to fix bend......when should i be using this ??????? wont it be too much of work ????
or should i use it in afternoon time or should i use this after my girth session....

If you combine 8 hours Phallogenetics and 30 minutes length master bundled stretches gains will consistent I think so. I will create a new progress log when I get the Phallogenetics.

How is an air pump going to fix your bend? Did you figure out a way to curve the tube or add something to it to push against the bend? I would keep all pumping in the same session as girth. But please explain the logic in air pumping a curve straight?

Most of the people who set short term goals always give up on PE.
