You talking about the Max-Extender
here? if so than you have a good buy for a newbie
extender.
I've had mine for several years now since around approx 2003 and used it on and off.
Found it helped with my length gains and getting me from 7.5 > 8 inches length but I also used other methods alongside it, however the
extender played its part.
This device is what I call 'old-school' as it uses the noose which is usually not done on the better devices who are made by guys who know its not the best way to grip the penis in the longrun and other methods such as using silicone to create a vacuum once attached to the penis are much better but cost more and this is still useful.
Have padding, thats a must for sure as this thing can hurt you if it pinches the skin which it has with me more times than I care to remember.
You also dont need to start on a very high tension to begin with and I wouldnt say you do because your penis must adjust to the tension of these
extenders at lower force before it can be placed into higher forces and this is a mistake I made at the start because I was so keen on just jumping in and getting the maximum stretch, but think 'baby steps' and do it gradual with small increments in tension eachweek and you will be at a stage say week 4-6 that you can maintain a steady tension and can adjust that every 2 weeks or when it needs doing ... in otherwords you will not be able to keep going up in tension everyweek because your body wont adjust that fast, but at first it does to the smaller tension's which you will need to get used to in order to benefit from longer holds on the higher tension ... understand me?
Its VERY easy to use and I love the simplicity and cheapness of it aswell. Mine cost something like $15 second hand and I dont regret it.
