I have been doing
exclusively jelqing since the beginning of October (I had to stop for about a month and a half before that, which sucked) and have gained 1,5 cm / 0.6" in my BPenis EnlargementL and 0,5 cm / 0.2" in EG.
My routine consists of a daily session of 650 jelqs to start the day, right before my daily shower.
Personally, considering I'm only doing one really tiny bit of DLD's
newbie routine, I am very happy with the results and it has been keeping me motivated. On the other hand, I am not in a hurry, so I prefer to take my time and have the results showing slowly but steadily.
If you don't want to wait as long as I do, then by all means, go for the
newbie routine and you should be fine.
The bottom line is that, YES, you can see results using just one of the exercises, either jelqing or stretching.
