As many of you know I put the clamp to rest and am sticking to manual methods these days. One exercise I rarely see people doing or trying is dry jelqing. Granted, while some members think they won't make gains with wet jelqing (or it's for pussies) - dry jelqing can be intense. In fact, sometimes too intense. My girth has been exploding lately (after a plateua suceeding my first inch,) I anticipate a 2" girth gain within a year of Penis Enlargementing . I already had a mushroom head, but it's getting ridiculous with these. Dry jelqing is tremendously useful.
I've also been experimenting a lot with edging and 100% erect work. The merit is insane. I spend around 25% of my workout time edging or getting to 100% erection level and find still that my expansion is huge after a shorter set.
My method of dry jelqing involves:
1) Getting 100% hard
2) Grab skin around the middle of the shaft in OK grip, pull down to the base
3) Kegel and squeeze, holding a sort of Uli for a short second. Occasionally I will hold this for a few seconds.
4) Slide the skin up in a jelqing motion slow (should last 4 seconds or so) and hard, hardly letting any blood escape past your grip
5) Repeat with same hand around ten times, during the 10 I never let go of my place on the skin. Kegel before each stroke
6) Get back up to 100%
7) Repeat with other hand
WARNING
These are powerful. I've never gone over 30 minutes or so of a dry jelq set, and still feel incredibly worked. Pay attention to what your penis is saying to you, I recently suffered a split on the tip of my urethra from head pressure (?) and over-zealous dry jelqing may have been a cause. Not many people have had this happen to them (and don't let it scare you, it's not too bad at all - I just keep a band-aid and neosporin on it and it's healing up fine.) Try them at a lower erection level than 100% to gauge how you react.
And yes, these can probably be done clamped for all of those seeking out the most extreme, hazardous, and *potentially* useless ways of Penis Enlargementing.
