say I.do.my.morning.workout then.after.noon.gets hot drink a 12pack would I.be able to stretch without hurting.myself.would.I still.make gains if not.could I.at.least hydro.max.pump.before bed without having any.problems or could I stretch and.bath mate normal while having.a.buzz..
 
I personally found that if I drank excessively the night before that I felt smaller, and usually had a crappy workout that day with little expansion. So for me getting hammered is counterproductive (in more aspects than just PE). Drinking in moderation didn't really seem to have any negative affects, which is a good motto to follow for life in general.
 
yeah I.can.my.limit.is 12 beers and.I'll.be good I.don't like.to.over drink.30packs and.liqueur or go.crazy like that I'll.end up.n.jail hahaha so.I.keep.it to simple.12 and.I.can.still.go.threw.my.day good.I just haven't.been.drinking.anymore.during.the week. cuz I.thought it.coupe.affect.my.p.e.just on.my.1 rest. I would drink but I miss having.a couple.beers after work in.California where I.live it's 100+ witch you get very thirsty ha and.a beer spines great . so.you don't think.it would.hurt.it.I had.a.few after work.n.still.do.p.e normally
 
Alcohol will effect eq in a negative way. Alcohol is also very addictive and can cause many issues. You men have heard me say it before, with discipline you can do anything, but having discipline with alcohol takes some strong will power. I drink 1 glass of wine a day, that is my maximum and I enjoy the light feeling it gives me. It also will not fuck with your eq if you can regulate your drinking. It will not effect gains thought, whether you drink or you don't gains will be the same.
 
just like to point out 12 beers will get u drunk its not like 12 beers is 1 glass of wine. drink in moderation. not trying to be mean but 12 a day is pretty bad
 
I can admit I'm type alchi and I know forget about pussy if you have that henny dick! drinking is probably the worse thing for pe just for it's blood flow disadvantages. And I think we all forget how important blood flow is to pe

this right here, ruins your Erection quality as many have previously posted. So stay away from it or do something to overcome it if you still want to enjoy alcohol like limiting it to a few a week and doing kegels

depends on the amount of alcohol a person can ingest,2 3 beers cant hurt no one...i guess haha...People can have sex while being drunk tough lol

Its a popular and unpopular opinion. Weed for example is a good substance that isn't bad and its totally understandable, yet illegal. Alcohol is legal yet really bad. Now I'm basing this on a certain documentary, if i find it i'll post it but itll be off topic. Either way yes the best way is for an unaltered enjoyment because you can just do so much more than depend on a stimulus.

There are positive ones if you maintain a good moderate consumption, you know some people say a bit of wine is good weekly, I believe it stands true. I just don't think too much is good.
