Be very careful and sure with the way you jelq as incorrect method will lead to extra skin which happened to me . Pulling back skin TOO hard will lead to extra skin around glans and pulling skin from base during jelqing without anchoring one hand will lead to extra skin at base. Do watch a video before you do it. OR rather do as DLD says straight to slow squash jelqs-fastest way for girth expansion.....no skin problem at all

does anybody wear a elastic band around your balls or ace bandage wrap your balls to prevent turkey neck? im starting jelqing soon but im worried about turkey neck i really cant be doing with it lol cheers guys

Exactly, SlowSquashJelqs move very little skin and cause incredible expansion, if anyone is worried about turkey neck they should avoid the regular jelq and use the SSJ.

I have quite a bit of Turkey Neck myself, but mine came mainly from hanging.

There is one important thing to note if you are going to do PE at all. In order for the penis to stretch or thicken, the skin has to do so, and it has to do so before the penis will grow. This is the reason with any type of stretching many men feel a skin stretch when first starting out. So, although we are not focused on stretching the skin and many actively try to avoid it, just keep in mind it is a natural part of penis enlargement and to not be so worried about it.

A good reason why many men get turkey neck is that they do not anchor a hand at the base of the penis when stretching. Anchoring a hand to hold back skin stretch will not only deliver more intensity to the shaft and ligaments, where you want it, but it will prevent skin from creeping up the shaft. Also, the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch will also help displace skin back to the scrotum and away from the shaft.

I am uncut,so when i jelq i dont pull my skin backwards. When i first started jelqing i did but i found it uncomfartable and takes up more time.

Smart move, this will prevent turkey neck and bring better expansion.

Yeah i want to avoid the turkey neck thing.I think having the foreskin covering the glans/head allows more blood to flow through the veins, the "spongy" areas in the penis and every other part in the penis and therefore allows great amounts of expansion. So i think its a good idea for men who are uncut to use that to there advantage when jelqing and doing other exercises.

if you pull skin back too hard then you will grow extra skin around the glans like i did........
best solution is to replace normal jelqs with SSJ's BEST SOLUTION>...no skin problem AT ALL

SlowSquashJelqs are always the best choice in jelqing, none of the issues associated with jelqing happen with the SSJ.
