Got the Bathmate today but to my amazement my wife found about it before I did.
The DHL guy called her to work and told her they have a delivery for her, a non electrical pump. greaT!
She came home and was shocked and ashamed..
talking about discreet shipping, it wasn't even double boxed, nothing.
Fucking ruined my plans
 
One more thing, the release valve on top of the Bathmate is not in it's place.. how do I set it?
I think that my Bathmate is missing parts too.

Plus, I didn't get the Bathmate in it's original packaging, I got it in a pouch it all looks weird and unprofessional and I need an explanation
no warranty either.

this shouldn't have been like that and I demand an explanation. not only that my privacy is gone now, The Bathmate isn't in a proper working condition, I didn't get my warranty card, it only came in a DHL brown box inside a pouch. I hope it's a new Bathmate cause It didn't come in it's original packaging.
This all situation ruined my week and I'm trying to figure out what to do.

Can you post the exact site where you ordered from?
 
I think DLD should be mad at these guys for real because if they continue like this, people are gonna be afraid!

Bring your concerns to DLD or Bathmate execs and they will help you, Im positive of it.
 
This section on CUSTOMER SUPPORT is what you need
PM the user Bathmate and also DLD himself about this situation. I'm also confident it will be sorted and why? because they are a reputable company. From the sounds of it, the courier service are the ones who broke confidentiality by telling your wife what the products was, normally within the EU they are not allowed to say this but only to the person its addressed to and thats only IF they know, so I find it odd he/she knew what was inside the box ... is it possible the box had been tampered with?

nope she didn't.
looked at that also but that's not it.
On the DHL Express full description of contents it shows : "BATHROOM PUMP NON ELECTRIC"
I was also charged with 25$ taxes which my wife payed for while I was asleep.
On the DHL BOX there's a sticker of Customs Declaration that states again : "Hydropump non electronic"
So you can't miss it.

You pretty much answered your own question when you wrote the word "CUSTOMS".
You live in Israel, arguably THE most security conscious society in the free world and you expect a package with unidentified contents to travel freely across and within your borders?

Come on man, what were you expecting?

And what prevented you from confirming how packages are handled in your country BEFORE you had one shipped to you?
I'm quite sure that, had you identified customs requirements and procedures, you would have had no doubt whatsoever what to expect.

I don't see how you could conceivably, rationally hold anyone or anything other than yourself responsible for your situation.

P.S. Alex78: Please, your ignorance is really, really obnoxious and far too visible. You ain't helping a thing and you really need to just shut the fuck up.
