Wow, so after about a year of non stop p.e., I took a month off totally. Nothing but basically kegels here and there.

I have resumed a few weeks ago..and already have gained around .15 of an inch in length. Some gains in girth as well but its hard to measure. I am currently around 9.40 or so but waiting to see if its permanent.

I would say if gains have slowed for you, take a break for a few weeks to a month and resume...many people have gained right away after making their return!

Try it out.

Anyone else have similar experiences?

i've been pe'in for about 3yrs and my longest break has been about 2-3 weeks. i think i might try to decondition myself. :cheers:

I highly recommened it man! It will take some will power to leave your cock alone for those 2-3 weeks but it is worth it. I have gained more in 2 weeks time than the last 3 months! I am quickly approaching 9.5 inches and my girth is coming along as well!
 
I stopped Penis Enlargementing for a couple of months and when I came back my girth had gone down a pretty good amount, but my length was the same. After a few weeks my girth was back to where it was before and I gained an easy .25 in length. I would strongly recommend taking a good break every once in a while.
 
Same with me. I was on a three month plateau and in a real funk, so I took off a month or so after nine months of P.E. and when I resumed my routine, I immediately regained whatever I had lost and then went on to achieve new length and girth maximums within a month. It renewed my enthusiasm for P.E., and took me back to my first gains' experience. Not a bad idea at all.

Deconditioning also gives you a chance to see what penile growth has been rendered concrete.
 
ok but did ur size go down at all in that month?....and perhaps you just gained back what you lost in that month off?..Cha know what im saying?

Also, I agree with what your saying, but my way of looking at it is like this; instead of taking a month or more off, just make sure to always take 2 days off a week like Saterday and Wensdays are penis healing.I think alot of guys dont realize that rest and warm ups are the most important part of growing your dick.

That's very possible because I wasn't paying that much attention to loss during that month off.

I agree that you do need some time to rest and restore--whether you do it on a weekly basis or after several months of intensive daily workouts without a break.

The bottom line is that you have to listen to your body. It will tell you when you need a break. There are times when your dick decides to turtle and shrink for whatever reason. There's no sense overdoing it to compensate for these periods of "adjustment."

They pass, and then you move on with your program.
 
I had my Bib Starter shipped off for repairs about a month ago, and it is on its way back. I haven't lost any length, so let's hope this deconditioning works for me too! Time to grow like a weed LMAO
 
Just started hanging again today after a forced one month lay-off. Let's see if this deconditioning helps!

ok for warm ups ( so that you don't hurt yourself... But your statement applies to muscles, not necessarily to skink/penis stretching.

African tribes that elongates their skin keep their device all the time. Gosh does it work.

But I'm not saying that a break can't help sometimes ina while. Some people mentionned after 9 month of dedicated Penis Enlargement. That would make sense to me!
 
I don't believe in deconditioning your schlong. What I think shoul be done instead is some how find a way to intensify your routine or switch it up. Somehow renting new �naked people movies� always seems to help in preventing an unproductive jelq workout.

I totally agree with you... in fact the longer you keep the penile tissues fatigued, the better you are. What most don't realize is that as the tissues completely heal, they become stronger. This is how the body compensates for the stress.

There's a limit to how much you can intensify your routine... you can't hang 100lbs from your dick, eventually you will have to de-condition.

I have only done Pe 3 times in the past month. This was just the supra slammers. And my g/f says that i have diffently gotten bigger, she says she wants me to quit doing Penis Enlargement. But i only have a week left of college and this summer im going to train everyday and hit it hard. I believe conditioning does help to make more gains, it has for me anyway. Back when i started doing a routine from �other PE site� i made very little gains. I did that routine for about 5 months and quit for a month or 2. Then i started up doing DLDs newbie routine and gained almost an Inch. It cold of been just for the fact that i BELIEVED DLDs workout would work and i put everything i had into it, not skipping any sessions.
