Hello,
I Google searched "dangers of jelqing" and some websites came up that said jelqing can cause tissue damge which leads to erectile disfunction. I've only been stretching lately and I'm afraid to start jelqing. Can you gain any girth from manual stretching? Traction devices cause increase in girth, so wouldn't manual stretching do this too?
 
In order to gain girth, you will need to do exercises to expand the volume of blood in the penis, jelqing is one of these. I've never heard of these risks. My guess is that the side-effects are incredibly rare.
 
Well you will find a lot of guys saying since i started jelqing my erection quality went down, im one of them but i think kegaling will bring it up some plus the gains are always good.
 
Their is risks with anything and Penis Enlargement has risks too but alot of the info' you found on Google is bullshit, I've seen it myself and alot is made to sound worse for various reasons.
I would advise you start doing 150 reps perday at a light intensity at a 70 to 80 percent erection, or just more than semi erect.
When you get more used than you can go up in reps and intensity...if you jump into intensity right away than you could hurt yourself.
The risks are just from guys who think they know it all or can do it all, they run in and kill their penis...would you really do 500 reps of wet jelqs at full erection on your first try? yes if your a prick wanting to kill your dick and no if your sensible and want gains.
I would say hand on heart that wet jelqs are the most powerful Penis Enlargement exercise in the world and they are the backbone of natural penis enlargement, you look around and see....horse squezes, ulis, SSJ ect ect are all based on the jelq method, its the backbone that alot of NPenis Enlargement is based upon....its probably also arguebly the oldest NPenis Enlargement method in the world, alongwith stretching.....yeah the arabs did and still do this.
Take your time, learn your boundaries and with time you'll be able to go further...dont push yourself too quickly too soon, thats whats the danger is in pe....over confidence and exitement of what could be had.

Red is right...you have to work up to Jelqs. I have worked with over 100 men who have had peyronies and I hear all the time, the dangers of Jelqs. I don't agree and hundreds don't agree either. If, and I say, IF there is damage from Jelqing, then most of the time it is they didn't do it right or were not wise in their program. Jelqing can be done, slow, hard, long or short. I am of the opinion that slow jelqs can do a lot of good and are easy on you. You can also so slow jelqs that are very intense. The subject is, get the blood into the penis tissue.

I have only had increased HARDNESS since doing jelqs. My penis condition has improved 1000 percent as a result of Penis Enlargement and the major benefit came/comes from Jelqs. But, as was said, use your common sense. You can't start with too many and too intense, start slowly and work at it. Just my opinion...GS

Was just curious about what u do??? U said you have worked with 100 guys, therefore u probly know alout about pe and its safety and benefits as well as injuries.
 
I am not a veteran, but I also have to say that jelquing actually improved my errections.

However, how can you realize that you're doing too much jelqing wise?

I started doing Penis Enlargement again after a big break and I am doing 300 wet jelqs + 100 combinations (strong jelqs, ulis, etc.). The tip (the skin) of my penis when the skin covers the head swells all the time. Is this a sign that I am doing too much or it is something normal?

Well we all know if it's on the internet it MUST be true ;)

I've done more to my penis than the majority of the men who've been here longer than a year over the last 5 or 6 years of off and on Penis Enlargement. I've hung more weight collectively than I can benchpress from my penis, I've done anything from very intense jelqs, squeezes, bends, clamping, squashes, you name it. My penis still works. Jelqing will not kill your penis.

And your not 20 inches yet thats alot of weight how much can you bench pree. i hope its a low number lol
 
If you're unsure with anything just start off very very slowly and gradually build yourself up to doing whatever quantity you want to do... that way if anything deos go wrong it won't be a serious problem
 
I don't jelq because I started getting a needle like pain at the tip. I was like, screw this. It didn't feel right. But I'm not looking for girth gains, just length. So I'm cool with that.
 
jelqing has done nothing but improve my erection quality as well. If your erections are suffering, take a day or two off, and you'll find you're back to normal.

Probably around 185 nowadays. I was using that as an example. I've used anywhere from 2.5lbs to as much as 25lbs. Multiply those different weights in between 2.5-25lbs times however many sets, you get literally hundreds of pounds collectively. :s

I get the same feeling when I jelq in the shower with soap, therefor I don't jelq in the shower with soap. Try some petroleum jelly.
 
Jelqing is so very important, to me anyway. And it is very important in the scope of Penis Enlargement. In helping people who have had peyronies or who are going through a time when they have some sort of problem, I encourge Jelqing. In talking to young men, I encourge Jelqing. With a man who is a friend, I encourage jelqing. Jelqing is important because it helps get the penis back into shape. I know men who are very athletic who have let their penis get out of shape. Nothing is more important than getting blood into the ole scholong. I need to add that many who start jelqing don't see the good results because they do it flaccid. I think you need to be at least in 50 percent erection stage. You will realize much more benefit if you have at least some erection. When jelqing, and you get more than 80 percent, rest a while and let it go down and start back up. Jelqing can be done many ways, whatever works for you. The most important way to do it is whatever works to get blood into the penis. If you are having pain, you are not jelqing right. There should be no pain in proper jelqing. Jelqing is forcing blood into the penis and making it stretch. Jelqing needs to be done right and proper. It needs to be done carefully and with some wisdom and common sense. Another old thread but I'm glad I found this, to be honest I've been hesitant to start Jelqing for a long time because of the things I find on Google and other peoples opinion on how it could "Desensitize" you or it can cause "Serious nerve damage".
