For himself so when you send one to him he doesn't get it. I read that in a thread from '13/'14 it could be that he changed that.

I use a silicon cock-ring, it is a fixed size but there it came with three sizes to choose from.
I think lightlyfried uses one made from leather.

Exactly it helps with expansion. You usually wear it after a girth session and do some kind of girth work every 1-2 hours to keep the expansion

If trying this I would set alarms for the first night at 2 hour intervals to be sure what you are doing is not causing damage (water retention, blisters, etc.) If you can do this set the alarm every 4 hours, if things seem good there then you can go for 8 hours. Anything that causes restriction should be approached with extreme caution until you know how it will effect you.
