So.... Im still kinda new to this. My routine has been a mix bag but ultimately seems to be working.
A few questions.

My routine (for the most part for the last 3 weeks or so since I got my Bathmate)....
AM - Before I leave for work...
Stretch and short warmup
DLDs girth blasters for about 45 minutes
Cockring on the way to work

I then put on my extender throughout the day for about 4-5 hours of total wear time.
I also do some form of stretch or jelq every time I go to the bathroom.

PM -
Stretch and warm up
Usually another set of DLDs girth blasters if I missed my morning session.
Some jelqs, either dry or wet along with a variety or whatever is working at the time. Sometimes clamp, sometimes ULIs... whatever Im feeling.

So far, I havent really taken many days off. I may not extend for a day, but Ill usually do Bathmate that day, or jelq or something. Ive also been wearing a ball stretcher like 75% of the day.

So....

1. Is there such a thing as overtraining?

I ask this because sometimes it really seems like Im less responsive to Penis Enlargement than other days. Im not sure if its mindset or the fact that Im overtraining. Should I skip those sessions or keep pushing forward?

2. Should I work through mild discomfort?

Sometimes, if I dont warm up enough, using the Bathmate seems to cause me some minor discomfort and FR. Recently I did a really good morning set of DLDs Bathmate Girth Blasters and pumped in the Bathmate higher than I have before. I experienced some minor FR but decided to put on my cockring anyway and head to work. When I got to the office, I noticed I was a little less responsive down there then usual. I forged ahead and put on my extender even though it was slightly uncomfortable with the small amount of FR I had at the time.

So my question, is it ok to continue on with FR or mild bruising or similar discomfort?

3. Isnt Comfort Level subjective?

I guess this questions is about extending as well as using the Bathmate. In the Bathmate I usually get to 170 when I start to feel some mild discomfort. Is this my comfort level? Should I push past this and just deal with the pain or am I close to injuring myself? Same with the extender, I can get a good stretch but how far should I be stretching? Should I be extending past my BPenis EnlargementL?

4. Regarding clamping...

I havent found a comfortable clamp position. It just never seems to produce the desired effect. Will I still gain girth with the routine Im using above?

5. EQ...

My EQ seems to be a bit off lately. At times Ill get a raging hard-on, then others I cant seem to get past 90%. Ive been using the Bathmate and DLDs girth routine for about 2-3 weeks. Is this something that will get better as time goes on?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated guys. Somedays I feel like I have a monster down below... other days I feel like my monster is scared to come out and play.

Overtraining really refers to girth work. I have never experience over-training, other than a sore base, when doing length. You will know when you overtrain as eq will suffer.

Yes, work through discomfort, it is all part of the learning process. The penis will get twinges, twangs, soreness and the like during the first few months and this will eventually happen less and less. It will return when a routine becomes more intense.

Can't really speak on clamping but your routine looks good without it.

Are you doing a kegel workout? EQ can suffer from underdeveloped pelvic floor muscles.

DLD, thanks so much for the detailed reply!

Ok, good to know.

Also good to know. My main discomfort has been the base pain. Ive found better positions for my ball sack issue and Ive been pumping for a week now with a little wrap in place. Keeps them right where they should be. But Ive also been doing your Bathmate Stretches and noticed some discomfort at the base from that too.

I also seem to have a bruised feel sometimes but can work through that also.

I guess Im not even sure. Everyone has a different idea of what the word "Threshold" means.

I do kegels pretty much all day and during my routine. I dont have a specific kegel workout though. Just always working it. Should I replace a day of Penis Enlargement with a whole kegel workout?

THanks again DLD!
