Salute mos team I need a help
IS it ok to wear a cock ring(around penis and testicles) 24 hours, can do this any harm?
and is it ok to wear an extender at night when u go to sleep?

why would you want a cock ring on for 24 hours?

and most wouldnt advise an extender at night. if you want to follow srt, then wrap yourself at night - alot safer and accomplishes the same thing.

Currently it is not safe to wear an extender to sleep as things could get tangled and blood flow can be lost and if you sleep through this it will cause problems. If you want to sleep with something I would suggest the Phallosan as it was designed for sleep and day work. Wearing a cock ring is fine as long as blood flow is not restricted too long. Most of us use a cock ring right after girth workouts to keep the pump around longer. In this case you would be wearing it for 2-5 hours, depending on how long the pump stays around. This is a method in healing while in an expanded state as advised in the SRT Routine. If you have not read that routine please do so, it is a big help in gaining and healing.

You wouldn't be able to keep the ring on for 24 hours. You wake up with a huge erection and your penis is so expanded it's a bitch to get the cock ring off and get the blood flowing properly again. Happens every time. Just use them for a couple hours after girth work.

i'd recommend using an extender at night. be careful of course. I have countless times. I apply it loosely. I don't strap it on like i do when i am going to extend out to full stretch. i only extend out a little. I like this b/c it still gives a little bit of stretching tension instead of just holding your cock and preventing it from squishing u like a UJW.

A UJW is definitely better then not using anything though.

to test it out. apply the extender at a low tension while awake. this way you can monitor blood flow. if all goes well wear it at night

Even if you have the time, you shouldn't wear a cock ring for more than 4 hours. I wear mine for 1 hour only. Do not do any form of PE while you sleep.
