Hey I've been clamping behind the balls with a shoestring for about 2 years now and cable clamping daily for about a month. I don't know if it's because I'm watching a lot of ���� while clamping or if it's the clamping itself but I've been having trouble getting it up. I clamp about 30mins a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. Anyone else have similar experiences?

Clamping is considered heavy girth work. All intense girth work will lower EQ.
Try to implement a kegel workout in your routine to boost EQ.

Which method do you prefer (shoestring or cable clamp)?

Shoe string never gave me that much expansion. I do mostly cable clamp now and sometimes I do both at the same time. This gets huge expanson but you have to be careful as it's really intense. I also feel clamping behind the balls ruined my EQ. It seems your body becomes dependant on it for an erection so I try to avoid behind the balls now. I need more girth though. I'm at about 7.5x5 in and my dick looks super skinny.
 
I did BTB clamping all day for over 3 months and didn't have this problem. I did my jelqs and stretching so I wouldn't have that problem. Kegels help, along with jelqing. Just don't stay erect too long. That's what is killing your EQ man.
 
I usually clamp 20 mins, never more than 30 at a time. I think part of it is watching that much ���� at a time. I'm a firm believer in too much ���� = ED. Go off ���� for 3 days and I get rock hard easily.

I have the exact same problem from time to time. Just take a few days off (don't even masturbate) and don't touch yourself.
 
I just posted in your other thread and this confirms my conclusion there. You seem to be overworking. I never get sore, so that is not necessarily an indication of overworking. When you develop erection issues that is a near definite sign of overtraining. Sometimes what seems like a small amount of work in our own eyes or compared to what other guys do may still be too much for your individual ability at the time.
 
Too much ���� can give you ED. Ask your self since you started Penis Enlargement did you masturbated to ���� everyday ? If yes you maybe desentizied your dick and brain. Have you ever took decondition break for atleast 30 days without touching your dick at all exept to pee and without watching ���� ? If not maybe u are desentized. I pe since age 15 now i am 21 and. Yeah I know all about that. I've cut back on masturbating and find it much easier to get hard. I can't live without ���� since I hate talking to women LOL
 
LOL for me is actually the oposite i quit ���� but cant stop touching my dick and Penis Enlargement-ing (hungry for gainz) haha
 
To much ���� and clamping deff, ive been on and off clamping for 3 years now so I've been thru the full spectrum of possibilities side affect wise!
���� is not as visually stimulating , but by now your prob slightly addicted to it, and the erection quality has gone down some from the regular clamping, lack of rest and not being able to get super horny anymore!
if you took 1 month off you'd be fine although it might take a while for ���� to be good again!
I did clamping 5 days a week for 3 months and had such bad eq because I ever took a break and got sufficient rest, 2 days a week is good for maybe the first 3 weeks but eventually your so beat from the clamping that if you don't take more rest, because of the continuous clamping you'll get ed for a bit till you stop
