So I have been doing my routine for awhile now starting with bundled stretches in the shower. In between sets (I have 3 per session) should I do bundled stretches left and right for about a minute each to help stretch the tunica more?
 
Couldn't hurt your progress, but don't jump into a routine you aren't going to want to stick with. Bundles can also take a toll on your skin after a while. Vitamin e aloe vera lotion is great for resolving that though.

Could be a nice add on if you keep up with it.
 
Doing bundles in all directions would be greatly beneficial to you.
 
If it was me I'd check my jelly level first to know if a bundle or two would benefit. Its a good idea, but its true that the skin takes some flak. That's why check yourself if you're jelly, and if not then use bundles.

It's not going to hurt,but at long as you have a strong 5-10 min bundle session before a workout it should be enough.If you want to do bundles inbetween the sets,it's only going to benefit you,but if you don't have a lot of free time or whatever,it's not necessary.

Yes yes. I would still try to include them regardless if you're on time restraints.

ya i kinda thought about the skin before and how it might start to stretch. i usually do 6 min of bundles before a session which should be enough. I have mini sessions throughout the day and before each and every one i do a couple minutes of bundles just for that extra stretch of the tunica

That's good. Having mini sessions are really good. It helped me actually become more committed to my routines.
 
Mini sessions is good bro I try to shoot for two sessions per day because my schedule. One heavy in the am, and a less heavy before bed does me good

6 min should be enough.But there are other methodes to stretch the tunica in diferent ways.You should stretch the tunica while erect ( http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/87054-twisted-erect-stretches-the-tunica-transformer.html , you can't stretch the tunica the same way when your dick is flaccid ) and also have a mini stretch session after a girth workout once a week ( read SRT ) , again ,you're stretching the tunica in that expanded state,unachievable when your dick is flaccid or erect.If you do all of these exercises ( not a lot,5 min of each ) you're going to destroy your tunica.

And within weeks you'll need to bump up the time spent on the exercise +30 seconds. Tunica work is really great
 
Bundles are going to help no matter when they are done. The more the better as this is the ultimate Tunica expander.

I have been doing PE for about 6 months now, every day for about a month and a half and i am just exploring more into it now. I am asking these questions so that i know what i should and shouldn't do. Im trying to get a better grasp on everything so that i don't do something wrong and actually fuck up my dick:)

Its good to ask questions. Exactly, better to grasp something instead of doing something wrong that can potentially harm you

Days will become weeks which will become months and soon you'll have gained over an inch.
