I've been keeping up with the stretching lol. It's just the drive to search for and seek out things that's been the most difficult. I give it one quick search and if it doesn't pop up immediately I go on lol.
Not letting anything keep me away from growing.

You think I give up up just because I'm against the system? When I was in the pen (and the rack) I always kept a bucket handy in case I needed to flush my drugs, always had a shiv stashed In my environment and in my crack in case of ops. Dont give me excuses give me results!

Is the twisting Of bundled stretching the main thing to focus on (I.e. Is that where most of the burn should be coming from)? Like if you had to give it a % would you guys say it is 75% twisting and 25% pulling or what? I'm asking because I used to do bundled while focusing more on the stretching but now I'm really focused on just twisting and a little stretching and I really feel it.

No need to even force yourself, just be creative and take advantage of every opportunity you can. In bed at night, stretch under the covers, every time you pee get a set of stretches in, get 5 minutes of jelqs in the shower, do Kegel work....be creative and you may even gain size!

whenever, actually everywhere better yet

Kegels have me fried right now lol. Doing them every chance I get and changing the amount of time I squeeze and hold.

A few minutes straight out, left, right, up, down. Overall you should be doing bundles for over a minute in every direction

Dam ....I didn't know bundle can be done in every direction ....I was only doing it in straight position ..

Btw why difference will it make if u do it in other directions ? This exercise is specifically for tunica ....

If I twist too much it gets a little harder to stretch. Bundle as much as possible while still getting a nice stretch

The only difference is the stretch that you'll feel. There are some angles you're not hitting that you won't feel for the tunica, that's why you do it every angle you can. Try it yourself and do what works best for you. For me it's better to get bundles and regular stretches done in 1 rather than having to do separate exercises. And remember to twist in clockwise and counter clock wise

I think it is kinda the point to twist as much as possible because like the more you twist the more you are putting pressure inwardly on the tunica and the more you are stretching in a circlular direction. So while you will not be able to stretch or pull as much in an outward direction (since most of the penis material is being used up in the twisting), I feel that the twisting is what causes the more deformation. I have tried it both ways where I only twisted a little (like 1.5 twists) and then stretched out and now where I twist as far as I can go and then also as I am stretching outwardly I am pulling in a twisted direction (I.e. I am pulling straight out while pulling at the twist so it is at max twistage).

Anybody else have have any opinions?

yep...'max twistage' combined with all-angle stretching, that seems to be the most effective for me

Never leave one stone unturned!

I never did do double twist, I might have to start soon though!

Just to clarify, I bundle to the point of pain, back off just until it subsides and then do my all-angle stretches. I haven't noticed any length/girth gains yet, but I am able to reach my personal best in the X40 much quicker into the 1st session...so that's at least something

Too the point of pain? Not necessary! These are mainly used to pre-stretch the Tunica before girth work. So a decent 5 minutes of Bundles will bring much better expansion when doing girth. They will also deliver length if practiced over time.

Point taken, and thank you. My general thought was to go at each exercise to my max threshold, but I can see if bundles are mainly a warm-up there's no need to get all manic.
Thx
