Gawdam when somebody is trying to win the monthly prize they are usually the ones to seek out and provide links. I bet you already know how to do a bundled stretch but just trying to get in some extra posts. Smh such travesty to our pure and pristine brotherhood

You will want to go 5 minutes. 2.5 min to the right and 2.5 min to the left. Be sure to be even our the deformation will not be symmetrical.
 
A few minutes straight out, left, right, up, down. Overall you should be doing bundles for over a minute in every direction

Have been under the weather lately and fighting headaches so taking a lot of time to search for stuff hasn't been on the highest priority lol. When I'm not feeling well, I have zero patience....

Hate that about myself but it is what it is.

No need to even force yourself, just be creative and take advantage of every opportunity you can. In bed at night, stretch under the covers, every time you pee get a set of stretches in, get 5 minutes of jelqs in the shower, do Kegel work....be creative and you may even gain size!

I've been keeping up with the stretching lol. It's just the drive to search for and seek out things that's been the most difficult. I give it one quick search and if it doesn't pop up immediately I go on lol.
Not letting anything keep me away from growing.
