Hello Mos!
i have a question:
Iam doing Penis Enlargement since 1 year now, but never gained something, since i used my new program i gained 0,5cm in BPFSL, my BPenis EnlargementL is now 15,5cm and my BPFSL is 18! i dont think thats normal, i had never had hard erections.

What can i do to gain in BPenis EnlargementL? Is it a good sign that i gained BPFSL and carry on?
Or should i do 80% girth training, and believe the TGC theory?

I have no Idea! please help.

Try the TGC theory and get on with jelqs (how many do you do each workout?), ulis, squeezes and of course erect stretches. BPFSL is a good sign, you're doing something right. How long have you been on the new routine?
 
Hello thanks for the reply, iam confused now you say that it is a good sign, in some threads i read its a good sign the rest(BPenis EnlargementL) will follow in others people say that you have to go on with jelqs. I did this program in which i gained 0,5 cm BPSFL, i guess 3 - 4 weeks.

Since yesterday i started to do the tgc theory

10 min. A-stretches
10 min Jelq
5min Uli
10 min Jelq
5 min Horse
5 min Jelq

80% on girth

But i have no idea if this is the right way, hope you understand why im so distrustful: i worry to do the wrong way and gamble my gains and time away.
 
Well, yes it is a good sign. Its .5 cm longer than it was, and thats good, right? I concider BPSFL as a preview of BPenis EnlargementL =)

I think what you're doing is very effective. I had the same "problem" and I've closed about 8mm of my gap between FSL and EL (used to be 1.6 cm) by doing girthwork and lots of jelqs. Gamling gains and time? Are you in a hurry? Your penis ain't going nowhere ;)
 
Did i get you right, i have to do girth to grow the smooth muscle and get erected gains, you are kind of contradicting yourself by saying, its a preview for erected gains -> means doing my old program (most of them stretches wich hit the tunica) and on the other hand saying do girth training ->means my new program(girth , TGC theory)

Hmm, I had trouble understanding you, but I'll give it a shot. No, I'm not contradicting myself. What I'm saying is that if you keep doing your routine the old way, you will at some point gain erect length as well. You'll just gain BPFSL faster and more of it. If you do more expanding/girth/filling work, you will gain more erect length, but not so much BPFSL (you'll close the gap between EL and SL). By preview I mean you see what's coming in the future, like a movie preview.

One way or the other, you will gain. I just believe one way is more efficient than the other ;)
 
My BPFSL is about an inch more than my BPenis EnlargementL. I've only been doing length work recently and was going to wait to do girth, but would I make some quick length gains with by doing some girth work?
 
if youre going by the tgc theory its the only way to get length gains
 
The TGC theory in brief says that: If BPFSL and BPenis EnlargementL are the same or near, do length work. If BPFSL is greater (by .5") than BPenis EnlargementL, do girth work. Girth needs to catch up for length to continue.

I like the way it's explained like a tyre and tube. Makes total sense to me. If you have a 26" tube (BPenis EnlargementL) you can't fill a 29" tyre (BPFSL). You'll have to expand your tube to fit the tire, and that is done by forcing more blood into the penis, teaching it to keep more blood and get a better bloodflow.

isnt there an other technique how you can grow the erectile tissue.
Long enough a-stretches?? Because i did the a-stretches till i saw gains in the bpfsl and did not continue, because i though is time to do jelqs and change my trainingprogram into the tgc theory.
Maybe that was a wrong decision?
Should i do the Program which gave me such good gains in bpsfl? Maybe BPenis EnlargementL will follow after a few months?

I just dont know.

BPFS come before erect ones.
 
and that means i should do my other program, that i did before, and wait for el gains??
You know iam a special case because my difference from BPenis EnlargementL to BPFSL is 1″
The Program is following:

20 min. A-stretches
10-15 min __________
20 Jelq

The program i did the last weeks (according to TGC Theory= Girth training, like pumping up a tire)

10min. A-stretches
20min Jelq
5 min Uli
5min Jelq
5 min Horses
 
Are there real Gains when you do jelqs and try to make the erectile tissue bigger/longer or is it just the better bloodflow which seems to make it bigger?

Both really. The increased blood flow and the forced blood flow cause the erectile tissue to expand and permanently deform to hold more blood.
