Just wondering what you guys thought about it. Is Bpel more important then normal El? I have another question I have for all the experts out there. I never really measured normal El but my measured Bpel is 7.5, do you guys think I could reach 9 to 9.5 in about a year?

BPEL is what you should go by most importantly to monitor length growth because you are pressing the ruler right tight against the pubic bone each time so it will give you the most accurate measurement. When you measure in other places you can have a variance in measurements because you could be holding the ruler a bit differently or pressing it more in your fat pad one time more than another time etc..
With it firmly against your pubic bone there is no chance you can fuck up the measurement.

1.5 to 2" is a pretty aggressive growth in a year but it has been done by some. That would take some serious PE commitment and PE hours logged.
1" per year is a decent amount of growth IMO without going crazy with the PE work.

I'm sure there is a huge variance with growth speeds by guys here on the forum.

Bone Pressed is a much more non-changing accurate place to reference from for measurements.

Exactly, a bone pressed measurement will not change unless you gain or loose size. A non-bone pressed measurement can change due to many factors so tracking gains through it will always be off. The ultimate goal should be to loose as much of the fat pad so that the el and bpel are close as possible.

Thanks guys. I really don't have a fat pad but I was curious to know. I mean if your a 9 or 10 incher bone pressed does it really matter what you measure or non bone pressed?

thanks dld I appreciate how your actually active on the forum. What about hitting at least 8.5 to 9in in a year. I mean the SRT theory is really good I love it. Would that speed up gains fast enough to gain 1in in 6 months with hardcore pe the whole 6 months with maybe a few weeks off here and there? I really dont have the privacy to do pe whenever I want but I wanna make it count and maximize gains as much as possible?

If your are worrying about the difference between a 9 or 10 inch bone press then there is really not much to worry about unless you plan on fucking a horse ;)

Lol no I just wanna know if those gains are possible from 7.5 bpel within a certain time frame utilizing SRT.

dld how long did it take you to get from 6.5 to where you are now? Or better yet after you came up with SRT you said you lost and then gained back what you lost and then some. How much did you actually lose and how much did you actually gain back. After I read that I was like WHATTTT! Lol thats what made me ask that other question. SRT has way to much potential and if its possible I'm shooting for the big gains out of the gate. :)

Your first goal should be 7.75, hit that and then go for 8 and so on. Those small gains will add up and is something you really feel you can achieve rather than setting a goal of 9-9.5. Keep hitting those small targets and you will get to the 9-9.5.

I kno I started high lol thats just my ultimate goal but to be honest I did some intense pe for about a good 3 weeks after a workout I used UJW and threw on a cockring the whole time to stay expanded/elongated and occasionally through out the day I had erections to keep the pump, I did gain because when I first measured before stepping up intensity and using ujw and the cockring I measured at 7.25 bpel so when I measured 7.5 I was like whatttttt lol I dont know maybe I measure wrong the 1st time. The best part is I havent done any pe for at least 2 weeks and I keep measuring to see if I would lose gains but its still 7.5

DLD stood committed for a few years without slacking. He dedicated his life to P.E. and that is how he made his monster gains. Most people do P.E. on and off for a few weeks/months and get minimum gains if any and then quit. This is about commitment and a lifestyle change like dieting/working out. You only get in return what you invest, if that.

If getting a bigger dick is that important to you, you need to invest into it and not slack. There are no miracle pills or surgery that will give you 2-3" overnight. We do have the best tools and exercise to get you there the quickest however.

Yup, 11 years of PE and going strong!

If 7.5 inches is your bone press erect length without any PE, you can get to 9.5 inches within 1 year for sure as long as you are willing to put in the work.

I've always measured BPEL.
