i was just wondering if anyone else gets shrinkage when they workout or do heavy physical activity (not p.e) cuz since i started bodybuilding 1 year ago , when i bodybuild my cock shrinks . is this normal?
 
Yeah it's normal. The blood supply is needed for the muscle's being worked when you workout. Your body is prioritizing your muscles over your dick for more oxygen and nutrients when pumping iron.
 
yepp true, every time I run or doing some kind of sport activity at all my penis is shrinking.

my m8s claim theirs are getting biggers cuz of the sweat..which basicly is true, I know myself I got bigger than theirs ( I mean I Penis Enlargement comon? LOL) but their flaccid is "normal" or big cuz of the sweat.

I wonder why Im not blessed with such things, I hate the shrinking after playing Football/soccer for one example.
 
Brood goes where it is needed. When you are doing exercise that require other parts of the body to use blood, the penis will not need as much blood and shrinkage occurs.
 
Its true, but one of my most pleasing early results from my Penis Enlargement program is I no longer have complete "turtling" after a hard workout!
 
yeah everytime after a hockey game my penis shrinks... of course it doesn't look good in the shower
 
At the time where I didin't do any Penis Enlargement my penis and balls also shrinked after sport. Now, after over one year of Penis Enlargement my penis stays normal and sometimes even bigger after a workout. The psych also plays a big role. I you feel uncomfortable in the locker room because you think you have a small dick, your penis will automatically shrink to its minmal size.
If you are selfconfident and think that you have the biggest penis in the room, it will expand to its maximum flaccid size.

Just try to be really cool and relaxed before you pull of your underwear and if you want you can also do 1 or 2 minutes of stretching/jelqing on the toilet, this will bring your penis to its normal size. Also drink a lot of water and don't wear tight underwear during your workout, this will give you a heavy hang.

proven fact that getting a boner before working out release test through out the body. If you are a reader of "muscle & fitness" there is a article in this months issue that has more detail on this subject.

What I do is I edge 10-15 minutes before workouts. I have a home gym LMAO so it is a lot easier for me than people who go to normal gyms. Dont know where you would squeeze in edging, but try it before your workouts(at home...hopefully). You should not be looking to bust just to get your soldier to stand.

I have to edge though cause it to hard for me to get off the mindset of workout out. Im so focused before a workout I could win a stairing contest with chuck norris:)
