My routine is as follows... right before bed, I start in the shower.
1) 100 wet jelqs.
2) immediately pump in Bathmate up to 170 (shooting for 180 soon).
3) lather, shower like normal, etc. for 7 to 10 min with Bathmate on at max pressure, pumping up again occasionally if theres any pressure loss.
4) Remove Bathmate and immediately go into a 2 minute SSJ
5) Rest for a minute or two.
6) Jelq a bit again, maybe 30 jelqs.
7) Go into Bathmate again and hit 170 again
8) do the length stretches except for the rotary one (feels painful for some reason, but maybe i'll try it starting tonight).
9) stay in Bathmate for 5 minutes after the stretches, pumping if necessary.
10) Remove Bathmate and immediately SSJ for another 2 minutes.
11) Hop back into Bathmate at a lower pressure just to finish up my shower, or just end the shower completely.
Later on....
12) strap myself in the SG extender with the VLC tugger with all the bars installed.
My concern is... where do i fit just a simple cable clamping sesssion (to start) in the midst of all this? should I try right after step 11, and then do step 12 shortly thereafter? What is the longest a newbie should stay in a regular cable clamping routine?
