natural PE takes time discipline etc,and even monotonous sometimes but is safer and the gains can be bigger than surgery..

Its been a not too good year,luckily thats the end of the year, 2017 should bring us great gains and great surprises..:)

besides i have been kinda busy and time was an asset i couldnt afford sometimes:p

haha im not supposed to have a hard time getting lenght gains...last 2 months i wanted to have a BM sess and a LM sess.i couldnt get it the way i wanted tough hehe

Long, You may see great length gains with the BathMate if you include BathMate HardCore Stretches, these are an expensive stretch that brings length from within the body.

I'm assuming an extra 5 to 10 mins low pressure pumping should be done for bathmate hardcore stretches. This should be immediately after the end of your pumping session. 10 to 20 minutes of bathmate hardcore stretches will give length gains, but you must use low pressure to avoid pains I don't know if I'm making sense now because I've never tried this. I will surely include this when I start training again.
 
every time i use the bathmate i let it hang so it is providing a stretch, but only my flaccid looks longer i think for erect gains you really need to focus on hanging or lengthmaster stretches

yep correct me if im wrong but i have been doing them this way.. 90 secs upwards, 90secs outwards, to the left 90 secs, to the right 90 secs, downwards90 secs then left and right 90 secs too...

for that tad-bit 'extra', I trap the BM between my legs pointing at the floor...you can adjust the amount of tension by tilting your torso. It's great for a 'hands-free' exercise and makes the 2-3 minutes fly-by

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

Now my issue, is doing straight up exercises shown above cause me to get hard, and having to stop for 3 mins ish and wait to get soft again, and doing jelqing after 30 seconds hard as a rock... any advice on how to stop this?
also just purchased the bathmate and have used it today for the first time, is it best to use before or after exercising. thank you friends means alot..

In my opinion, it is best to use the bathmate in the night time because that is when the balls sack becomes very loose. I would have suggested that you should masturbate right before your length session to enable you stretch without having an erection however, If you are training length and girth on the same day, it won't be wise to masturbate on that day unless you are done with girth work. Therefore, if you insist on doing both exercises on the same day, I will suggest you do girth first in the morning, wear a cock ring afterwards and then when it's time for you to do length work, masturbate right before the length session.

Finally, try to take deep breathes when getting set for length exercise, some times hold your breath while stretching or applying the length master or traction device, this will take the erection away to a certain level.
