Try the "total jelq" as I call it...perform the jelq as normal, but include the testicles, stopping just as you reach them. You will see your nuts swell (mostly from the tubing expanding) and I have noticed a possible enlargement after two weeks, doing this exercize right after the DLD testicle health massage. I do 10 minutes per day. Make sure you have some lube for this exercise.

Also, for the cold-water dip, to avoid changing the water half-way through, try this: Fill the cup with several cubes of ice, then fill the rest with cold tap water (about a half inch below the top to avoid spillage) and dunkeroo.

These two practices, along with the DLD testicle health massage should be a good start for you newbie BE-ers. Oh, and SUPRA has had several in-depth and lengthy posts about BE that you may want to check out. Hope this helps!
 
I'm interested in making my ball hanging low also (not making it larger, just lower). Does anyone know of good ball hanging device? I'd tried a leather parachute and its uncomfortable as hell - leather cutting into my skin.

Great company and quality products to boot. Also, if you're just interested in lowering them you may want to try ball jelqing and testicle massage before you buy a stretcher. I found that it's easier to use the stretchers once your scortum and testicles are fairly loose, and it also helps to acclimate them to having something hang down from them.
