Therefore your gain is the same. If you started at BPenis EnlargementL 6" and you had a fat pad of 0.5 leaving you with NBPenis EnlargementL of 5.5' and gained an inch, you gained an inch. You're now 7 inches with a fat pad of 0.5. So your NBPenis EnlargementL is 6.5.
