I think the Brothers here would call someone out that was spamming like that but a poll would be an even better way to get involvement and altruistic posts. Our traffic has been very good since we started these contest and so far I have seen no spamming.

Brothers definitely would notice spamming. and since Lightning said it's about quality of post that leads to people posting more informative info. Now there has been lots people posting the same responses in the same threads but that's unavoidable b/c who has time to read every previous post lol and when there are sometimes hundreds of posts it's good to see it fresh so people don't have to look as far back

In the end we are looking to get new people posting to get the help they need. I think it is also a great option for those who can not afford the various equipment we use, it gives a good chance for them to get it free while at the same time helping themselves and others.

This should be the reason right there. The more you help the more knowledgeable everyone can be. And what better way to be rewarded than a chance at free product.

Exactly and even the newest member can be a great help to others just in sharing their experience. We all need to remember that at one time we were newbies too and some of us have gone on to be the greatest hopes in PE.

if i am wearing a t shirt it looks like i have a bump on my belly and my t shirt will lay on top of it when i place it in the up direction. A sweatshirt hides this though so i do it more often in the winter. wehn you go from down to up extending the intensity decrease so you will have to use more tension in the up direction. it is good to go back and forth between up and down extending. you can actually extend to the sides as well but doesn;t work as well when very mobile.

It's actually not nearly as bad as I expected. Most of what's being posted is still helpful info and not just pointless statements. When I first read about the contest I figured the forum would get completely flooded.

i'm noticing a lot of it to be similar info shared a lot which does have the benefit of making it easier to find when a new person arrives to the forums.

I agree, I have not seen anything spammy, just a lot of Brotherly action. I sometimes can answer a 20 page question with one sentence, I could elaborate on it for ever but my time is better spent getting the word out to as many as I can. But, some one sentence questions do require a 20 page response.
