I've been at this PE thing off and on for years, done intense routines, bathmate, all that, and never once have I grown more than .2" temporarily. It makes me question a lot of people's gains. I don't see how some guys are putting on inches when I've done both more and less than them, varying my routines, just to see no change except for my dick getting darker.

Your problem is you started out too heavy, so you need constant heavy workouts which you don't complete.

What are your previous routines?
What is your current size?
What is your goal?
Answer these please
We will help you out as much as you need. Our gains come from strict routines that have been done for more than a year.

You said you've done PE off and on. How about you don't go off and on, make it always "on"

As painful it can be when we are not making what we want to happen happen but you should never quit. If things are not working the way you are training then you need to take a step back, reset the mind and come back at it from a different angle, a different perspective. I will pray for you and I hope those prayers bring you to a place of accomplishment.

Different angle works. If you come into the PE realm in a very negative and skeptical manner then you won't see gains coming. It's also possible OP is not measuring correctly and expects flaccid gains over erect gains

Look at my signature for my size (although i have outgrown it since)

There is beginners pics of me in old thread and current pics in new threads.

Now look at my date of joining this forum.

I probably had 1 year before coming here.

I have been here for a long time mate. And i can assure you it has been some intense periods of PE'ing.

And it is not easy!
And how much have a grown ? Not that much really.
Now with that being said!

If you don't have a progress thread.
If you haven't done all the must have measurements.
And if you don't workout consistently.

Well then you have signed up for failure.

Go to the local gym and look at the guys down there. How many % are actually fit? Maybe 30% at max.

Now go down to the local training center for gymnasts. How many of them are fit? Fucking 100%!! Why? Because doing what they are doing is only possible being fit. So they need to work out almost everyday.

With other words they have set themself up for success.

If you havent taken atleast 2 months of dedicated working with 90% consistency.

How can you expect your tissue to stretch and not just snuggle back into its normal shape?

Im not saying that this isn't hard.

And im not saying that there have never been a PE cheater around.

But what i am saying is that there is things that makes success almost unavoidable.

And there is things that makes success almost unachiveable

And doing intense workouts occationally without monitoring tension or time. And manipulate these factors over time.

I just dont see gains happening.

But then again. I feel the same about going to the gym :)

well calling it quits is not something id do..maybe if a brother gets to a massive size maybe like an 11 x 8 or something the penis will not be human anymore LOL jk.

Some bros want a 7x5,some others maybe an 8x6 maybe more PE is not that easy......Id take a while before someone makes that decision..

BPEL N NBPEL thats when we have to break the BPEL n turn them into NBPEL..:)

Dude three time I've been close to cementing half an inch, but everytime I get fucked over. But I get back to it, I recently started seeing expansion of up to an inch each session that would last for days, but got injured and it all fell apart, but I'm back at it, in.a house with paper thin walls and no time to.my self, you just have to figure out how much you want it.

Every time you get "fucked over" you'll still be slowling cementing gains. I wouldn't take the frustration like that in such a negative way. Just more time for PE :)

There is no such thing as on and off in PE.You either are consistent and gain,or not.If you do PE on and off do not expect gains.

Consistency - > Good routine with the corect intensity - > Good diet - > Sleep = Gains

PS: Templite is right you started out with intense routine and now you need very intense routines to gain.

This is why i recommend doing manuals only for the first 6 months - 1 year of your PE journey.Start slowly, switch yo intense when you are ready.

I agree consistency is the problem here, but on the bright side if you have tried a bunch of routines you should know which exercises give you the best results. Do them over and over again for a long time and you get permanent gains.

Nobody can tell you when you need to stop. I can understand the frustration but there's evidence all over the place to support the idea that pe is not mythology. I've seen it work plenty in my own life. The bottom line is something about your approach isn't working. Skipped days, lack of cementing, no kegels. There's actually a lot of ways to screw yourself out of gains. Hanging around here and asking questions will probably be a big help in figuring out what the problem is.

If I can do it anyone can.

The thing is if you're gonna start, and stop you shouldnt have started. This shit requires constant attention bruhs there's no room for slacking. Consider, if gains come slow for us dedicated ones

I understood, this says everything, I think you misunderstand me idk.

You: "But I get back to it, I recently started seeing expansion of up to an inch each session that would last for days, but got injured and it all fell apart, but I'm back at it, in.a house with paper thin walls and no time to.my self, you just have to figure out how much you want it."

You get back to it yes, and you keep working towards it. Great. Just assumed you were frustrated.

Indeed it does. PE is not a walk around the park, it is a lifetime commitment. Is it worth it? You tell me.
