I was wondering if I take off a bar and shorten it enough to wear that it won't be uncomfortable or affect my sleep. I obviously get a better stretch in sg as oppsed to wrapping.
Does anyone think this may be dangerous?
I need to add more hrs through my day and I figure easiest time to do it is while I sleep, that would give me like 5 1/2 to 6 hrs extra a day.
