Way to risky, the only overnight ADS systems that are suggest are the Phallosan or the PeniMasterPro, both give a belt option that will allow for over night use. The SizeGenetics and extenders like it are dangerous for sleep because the penis can become entangled by the bars and pressure could be shifted to a are that cuts of circulation. I mean if you really wanted to use the SG overnight you would have to set alarms every hour to make sure things are good. The Phallosan and PeniMasterPro were designed with this in mind.
