Hey Red, Maybe you could modify your routine for lazy bastards to be done hanging instead of with manual stretchs. What was it again, five minutes each of the following excercises: sit up stretch, squat stretch, stills tunica stretch, BTC stretch, tow strectch, DLDs footlong, Rotary ''A'' stretch blasters, CTS and TCS stretchs. Then the girth work. Maybe they cant all be adapted, but, well you get my point. That could be pretty intense. Luck.
