I tried to post this in the Routine/log section, but it kept saying i don't have ''permission''
ROUTINE
DAILY- 3 sets of Hanging, 3 sets of Jelqing
MORNING SET
- Hanging/ 10 min
- Jelqing/ 500-1000
AFTERNOON SET
- Jelqing/ 100-200 (dry jelqs)
- Hanging/ 10 min
NIGHT SET
- Jelqing/ 100-200 (dry jelqs)
- Hanging/ 10 min
Weight progression
-Start with 30 lbs
- Every 3 weeks or 21 sessions, move up to 5 lbs
EX:
1) 3 weeks @ 30 lbs
2) 3 weeks @ 35 lbs
3) 3 weeks @ 40 lbs
Afterwards heavy weight
Once i hit 50 lbs, each set is only 5 min, so i can add time instead of weight.
EX:
1) 3 weeks @ 50lbs/ 5 min
2) 3 weeks @ 50lbs/ 10 min
3) 3 weeks @ 55lbs/ 5 min
4) 3 weeks @ 55lbs/ 10 min
UPDATE: I'll be adding in at least one BM session per day as well. And i might cut the Jelqing to one set per day.
