I have some questions about coaxing out that inner penis, Do I perform these stretches after my jelq/bathmate routine or before? Just wondering which would be most effective.

How long do I hold the stretch for maximum gains? I really want to focus on maximising length gains.

Do it during your stretching routine but if you want to see some gains do it before girth work
 
Prior to these you should get in 5 minutes of Bundled stretches, this will prime the penis to tale on so much more size.

Can i ask you a neutral question DLD, just curious. No negative intentions.

How you practice and learn penis enlargement to people is very much followed by a strict pattern.
I assume you base your practice methods on how it works for you, which means based on "own experience".
Regarding PE it seems more like there is no "correct" way, just guidelines and preference.

What is your comment on that?

It's easy for me to answer as well. There will always be bias due to own experience. I know you asked him and I'm not answering for him but you bring forth a good point. You should experiment to see your own outcomes and to see if they contradict ideas given here or elsewhere. That's what is important

As i see it, there are 2 different game tactics if you compare mattersofsize with PEGym for an example. I don't think anyone beats the other regarding what technique you should use, as it is mostly preferences in my opinion, what works for you basically.

But what other forums lack is a dedicated legend. Choosing forum should also be preference, why not hang out in all of them? ;)

Why not hang out in all of them? Because people are addicted to drama and can't get along. I always go on different forums but im active mostly here because people here are constantly active, the others died out a bit. I enjoy every single forum or website dedicated to PE. I've looked at many and see similar ideas, others are different and I implement them in my ideology of how to proceed with gains accordingly to what I want to believe works. I'll be waiting for DLD's reply :)

Yes thank you I'm a block legend it's true. If you went to pegym you'd be wasting your time. How haven't the brothers here illuminated you? What do others got that we don't?

Almost everything I post here I also post over at PE Gym and I basically never get a response, everyone here is so much more responsive and helpful.
 
So I'll do 5 minutes of bundled stretches and the move to the internal stretch, but I do have some follow up questions.
I've been stretching before my bathmate and jelq session, but would it be more beneficial to do it after, due to the temporary size gains and expansion? Is it too much to divide my stretching into a little before and a little after? Im going to experiment with both, but if anyone has any input please chime in!

I regrettably didn't measure myself before I started PE almost two months ago but I can see gains as I am noticeably thicker and more vascular, my girlfriends made many comments about me being harder and thicker. Im going to get a good measurement today and then do a month of these stretches and see where we're at.

That is what i thought aswell. But it feels like it is starting to fade of a little bit here aswell compared to the beginning.. Perhaps they only care for a while when you are new and then they stop caring as much when you have been here for a while and is
already supporting the web traffic. But i always have my thoughts & doubts ;) x)

Bundled stretches can and should be done before girth (BM and jelqs)

I had the same question regarding doing stretching after bathmate. No one really answered me. They said to do stretching before bathmate but never really told me why I couldn't do it after because of the expansion I got. Please experiment with both, I yet to receive my bathmate so I can't do it right now.

First, is English your first language? I speak many languages so if it helps you be more specific using your native tongue feel free. Everything you find in the Brotherhood was based on my own travels in PE. If we go back 14 years we see the initial Newbie Routine. After that we put the 5 Phase Program together. After that we created our masterpiece, SRT. Each change in routine was driven by my experiences and gains. I have made gains faster than anyone in this game but I also constantly was inventing new, more powerful exercises, routines and equipment. Today I am no longer looking for gains so I spend my time developing tools, exercises and routines. I use thought experiments and physical testing to come to my conclusions if it is a gainful practice. If it is fruitful it makes it's way to the forum if not it gets trashed. There are many sites and programs that will give you directions based on ancient PE, in the Brotherhood you have me, the owner, here everyday (except the LORDS day) helping and developing a better future for the Brotherhood. I will never suggest anything that I did not believe would work for you and I would never lie to you for self gain. My life belongs to Jesus Christ and in this spirit there will only be truthfulness here.

English is not my native language, it's Swedish. Which i suppose makes it hard for me to understand all things, and phrase in the best way possible.

When stretching out the inner penis, I do so with the length master. I do mine right before my pumping session.
