Yes, I wrap under the glands. Take the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words] wrap and cut about an 8 inch length non stretched. Than cut it the long ways for two strips. Just wrap tightly under the glands. Than I would do the the two twenty minute sessions with some stretching in between. Than after the bath wear the wrap for at least 30 minutes after the session to hold back the donut. Some of the fluid builds up, but it's not hard like the big puffy donut.

The wife doesn't really care for it when I really pump it fat. She said it doesn't feel like me and it feels shorter. So I can do it once in awhile though and she is fine with that.
