Hello guys! I am an old PEer and i am back in these forums nowadays.
DLD and a couple of other members have asked me to provide some information and views on increasing the base girth.

As an introduction i have to say that base girth probably has been the most useful part of my cock because it seems that, when every woman is on top
(at least from my experience) and she can get vagina orgasms(not all of them can, i think like a 10% cannot orgasm just from vaginal penetration), they orgasm in a matter of minutes.
So yes, it is a very useful part as it creates more friction to the opening when balls deep or when she rubs her pubic bone on top.

So, there are many ways to increase it.
For me it has always been bigger than the head and midshaft and this difference became larger over the years.

I never had a "magic" base girth exercise or anything to target this area. However, my base girth has increased more than 3" over the years creating the "pyramid"-shaped
cock which i have now. However, it is very useful and i can still enjoy blowjobs and maybe shove the head in anal and of course have the benefits of that girth in vaginal penetration.
So i am happy overall.
My base girth came slowly over the years with the following:
1)Static stretching
2)Jelqing
3)Cockrings (metalic) several hours per day
4)Kegels
5)Base squezzing and clamping
6)Edging

So it came from PE exercises. Keep in mind that it took me almost 8-9 years.
The question now is where exactly do i contribute the gains of the base girth.

1)I think a pure 1" of base girth came from stretching with the heavy duty static stretcher. My base girth was thick anyway around 5.1" back at the time and with the stretching
i was doing, a thicker part of my inner penis was coming out from the ligaments and it brought it to 5.9-6.0" with stretching. At this point i never had any real significant overwhelming midshaft girth gain. Only length gains, and significant base girth gains because of the inner penis that was coming out.

2)Kegels helped a lot as well with thickening the muscle down there so when i was kegeling the base was growing thicker. It helps kegeling.

3)Jelqing. Allright, overall from jelqing i can say that i gained 0.25" girth gains overal from head to base it was a nice supplementary exercise to get the bloow flowing.

4)The most important after stretching was the metalic cockring. My base would explode every time i would wear a cockring. Sometimes with fluid build up if i was to hard on me.
Then squeezing the base, kegeling for more blood inside and keep it there for one minute while stimulating the head with the other hand. Going close to orgasm then stop by squezzing again..then kegeling again etc. After the work outs i was wearing the cockring for 5-6 hours and never took it off so my cock was meaty for a good 3-4 hours afterwards.

I think 1) and 4) over the years, slowly contributed to the base girth like 0.35" per year or something.
The first 1" base girth came only from stretching the rest 2" came slowly with this routine with the cockring clamping squeezing over a course of 7 years.

My routine in general for the girth was for fun, I was wearing a cockring when i was fucking, foreplay whatever which was about 1 hour per week, being very hard with a cockring!
Another 5 hours a week personal time in total with my cockring! And another 5-6 hours per day just wearing it!

I am not saying to try this routine of course. What i can say for sure is that if your girth is already thicker than your head or whatever, maybe the inner penis you have
and you will get out by stretching is way thicker pyramid-shaped like mine. So there is a chance that by stretching you will make magnificent gains in base girth.

For the cockring i think it is a must to wear it during girth work and push it as far down to the base as you can :)

One more comment for motivation. Since 2012 when i made my base girth 7.5" all the women that have touched (about 25) have commented that is the thickest base they have touched. All of them :P
Nowadays i have a gf so she is the only one who sees it and of course she has the same opinion. I showed her once some objects for comparison. However, my NBPEL is 6.25" so she overestimates my NBPEL length by 0.5" so if she did the same with the other largest guy among the 12 she has seen, he would be around 7" NBPEL by 5.75". The smallest she has had was around 5" length by 4.0" girth. So i guess she has had her reasonable sample!! :)

You dont have to worry about these numbers though. Take your time with PE here and even if you are 4.0" in girth , relax take it easy and you will be 5" in the worst case scenario in 3 years :))

Men need to know that extra base girth means more stability in erection quality, meaning a increase in base girth will raise your erection angle.

I also want to add that Expressive Stretching is another, newer way to increase base girth while it increases length.
 
mm..my cockring fits my flaccid base girth nicely. So when it is erect it compresses it. However, order 2-3 sizes and experiment with the feeling.
You dont want not to be able to remove it afterwards..

There are some journal papers published in medical reviews that address the problem on how to remove objects from an overconstricted penis!!

Anyway, back then i was able to order cockrings from a sexshop. However, after the increase i had in girth i ordered cockrings from the S3i Stainless steel solution.

That website is for industry lol..they dont sell them as cockrings haha is about machines and tubes etc. Hardware stuff.

So i guess. A general rule would be to buy a cockring that fits your flaccid girth and does not come off. My advice would be to buy three different sizes and experiment with the way they feel.

Havent logged in, in a while. I was wondering, if anyone started wearing cockrings during their girth sessions and if they managed to get better expansion this way.
For the past two months i have a rigorous girth routine which i think is slowly paying off as the expansion i am getting during the session grows larger...

I have not measured though officially before the girth work..I am waiting until May hopefully..
 
I have done edging with a tight ring quite a bit and have made great progress with it. If you do it before a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session it makes your dick look evil thick.

But doing exercises with the ring on is a bit dangerous and should be approached with a huge amount of caution. Also, if you do go that route, definitely don't keep the ring on for more than 10 minutes straight. You can continue girth work for 5 minutes and put it back on. I really don't know if more than jelqing is really a good idea with that.

Just be careful. That's a lot of blood.

Be careful that you don't cause thrombosis from clamping, always keep an eye on things and if you feel any issue happening while clamping stop immediately and check it out.

I do a lot of volume for girth, but I always err on the side of caution with PE. I have suffered very serious sports injuries in the past, so I am learning to respect my body. I think light clamping and cock rings work great and confusedmans base gains are pretty inspiring.

I agree with DLD on that one. I do believe that high erection jelqing with a cockring and clamping is dangerous. However, i have been wearing this cockring for years now..
Its almost impossible for me to hurt my penis now unless i hit it with a massive rock! But yes, indeed always check out for discolouration. I never get discolouration with the cockring on, unless

For me, bundled stretches remains the best way to increase base girth but maybe it's because I haven't tried other methods. I think the penilmasterpro will also increase base girth as well (I don't really know)

What about bundled [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] rolls and the Bundled mandingo stretches? Can't this two exercises increase base girth too?

Mandingo Stretches are low enough to cause base girth, rolls also as long as they are done downward and with intensity. The penis base is just like a plant or tree, as it grows in size the base thicken to support the weight. I did a massive study on various species of plants that react the same way to show that this is a natural thing in nature. Finding that study would be impossible. I think it lays somewhere deep in the PEForum that BigAl ran in 2002.

That is probably the best things for the ligament as it is the furthest point downward possible.

I've used the Hydroxtreme 7, always pumping when I'm erect in week 3 & 4, but by the end of 1 month, I've increased 1-2cm in length, but super minimal mid girth (harder erections), but no increase in base girth. I thought Bathmate's supposed to help more in girth? I've heard people having to buy penis extender cuz Bathmate targets a lot on girth, but I seem to be getting the opposite effect.

I mostly and almost only have seen girthgains with Bathmate pumps, and minimal length increases from only using the pump. To much girth increase even.

If you want length get the LENGTHMASTER 3.
I have seen some people get more length increase then girth increase, from using the Bathmate as well. Do you use the comfort insert?

interesting. I'll give that a try. but it's possible to create vacuum & suction without that comfort insert?
My experience is that you get higher vaccum & suction by removing the "comfort insert". You can use Vaseline on the rubber to make the seal better (This will not hurt your pump), and always clean shave the pubic bone area ("fat pad").
