Hey there . I was thinking , after the work out , instead of rice sock , wouldn't be better to use steam ? I know from the cosmetics things that steam open the pores and could be a lot easier for the cream to absorb into the skin . What do you guys think ?

During most of the year it's cold. But in the summer I think it's hot. People are freezing here but I'm always to warm.I understand your country is very cold maybe that's the reason.
