It exists with water. I have experienced no blistering since beginning to use water. I did when trying to go heavy and use various wrapping techniques from tape to glans caps and everything in between. The vacuum pressure that exists within a vachanging chamber when using water is different from a water pump such as a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]
bathmate[/words]. With a vachanger there is no where for the water to escape from to apply the constant penis expanding vacuum pressure that we see with water pumps. Water pumps push or suck water out giving a negative pressure that results in strong vacuum pressure leading to tissue expansion. With a vachanger, once most of the air is removed from the chamber and it is clamped off so that no more air can escape, the vacuum pressure that increases with added
weight leads to a compressing force to be applied to glans through the water. This compressing force provides protection against blistering and discoloration. I still experience slight glans swelling (edema) after removing the
cap but that goes away within 30 or so minutes (though I wish it wouldn't, lol) and mild discoloration that goes away within 5 minutes.
Untrue. Read my reply above to SWM explaining why water works to prevent blistering and discoloration.

Here you can see me
hanging 12.73 lbs using the VH3 with water. I can maintain this
weight for an hour with no issues. A small air bubble can be seen. The glans looks very enlarged in the pic but that is only b/c water magnifies. That much swelling has not occurred to me. I built up
weight slowly though over a long period of time just like you should do with any
hanging device. A
s I explained above the air bubble expands and increases in size with added weight but shrinks to practically nothing when no weight is applied. There will always be a small amount of air left in the chamber. At the top of the pic the 2 clips from the suspenders can be seen. Usually I attach those right to the glans
cap bar. Since they are attached to the
scale I couldn't get over 13 lbs b/c the suspenders were less stretched and I couldn't sit back any further in bed. The suspenders are at max tension. I will start using a resistant band again once I decide to increase the tension but for now I am comfortable here.
Since becoming more experience with vachanging over the months it is my belief this is the best way to hang. BUT ONLY WITH WATER!! If you don't use water expect blistering. The other benefit to water is you don't have to spend money on wrapping materials. Just super small amounts of water lol.
Tools like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]
lengthmaster[/words] still have their place though. I recommend using one to perform manual stretches, especially bundled stretches, before a
hanging session. I feel tools like the bib or malehanger2 will be used less and less until only the uneducated are buying them. And if money is an issue and that is why someone is buying a malehanger then look into the gripping trainer. It is cheaper and much better.
