As far as I know, you can take 1 weekend 1 dose if you want. I guess it could help, but depends on dose size, and about how much you can ingest without feeling nausea, etc. since you don't take it regularly, I guess a small dose would have good effects.

Basically, it has very few bad effects, but nonetheless, it can have consequenses on some heart diseases...
You can buy some on many sites. One of my favorite is

Anyway, it's one of my favs, but choose whichever you want.
Don't forget, bupropion is more powerful than cabergoline since it's a reuptake inhibitor instead of dopamine agonist. But it tends to give nausea more easily and my guess is that you have to take it a few times to "accumulate" dopamine in your body.
I recommend that you read about these medications; they do have posologies to follow, what you better not take it with (herbs, medicine...), if effects sound legitimate for you, etc.
But I assure you (confirmed in my case at least), Tongkat Ali, Bupropion and Cabergoline have, combined, a very strong libido enhancing effect. As well as other benificial effects mentioned in my previous posts. Those are not "miracle" drugs, but they do have noticeable benefits rofl
