No, sorry. You are wrong. It's much simpler than that. DLD's dick has grown because he is an X-Man though he doesn't like to admit it.

I think the appeal of hanging is that it allows you to have your hangs free. It allows you to multitask. While I hang I will read, work on homework, surf the net, etc. Since your arms can pull with greater force than hanging 10 or 15, what weights do is go with the theory that less weight (force) over a longer period of time can yield similar results as great force over sort amount of time.

Hanging is not a requirement... I've made 80% of my length gains from manual stretches so far, only 5 times (day routines) have I actually hung weight and that was after my manual exercises..

I think alot of other guys over due it big time. when i get to the point, if ever, that i have to start hanging weights and using Penis Enlargement devices under my pants to work, and jelq or clamping for hours.....thats when im done. I will never ever do that type of shit, too extreme

I stretch for well over an hour each day and clamp for 30minutes. I changed up my stretching routine and I think I'm finally getting out of this plateau (I hope).

your lucky that you have started off big, for some people who want to grow beyond the newbie gains they have to stretch/hang for a much longer time just to see results

"All Day Stretching" I'm still not entirely sure how it would work, but apparently you put some sort of a machine or contraption in your pants that stretches out your tool all day long while you're at work or school or at Starbuck's.

You started out large, but what about the guys on this board who haven't started that big? Is half an inch of gains enough? Probably not. Someone who wants more than half an inch in length will need to spend a lot more time than 50 minutes a day--that is certain.

I don't think anyone said hanging is a requirement for gains. There is a relationship between TIME UNDER TENSION and the AMOUNT OF TENSION. im sorry but you are absolutly wrong. DLD....he gain 2 inches in 2 yrs using his hands, so dont tell me that its not possible, I bet anything, a year from today, i will be a 9 inches...definetly.

There's the concept in bodybuilding of "Compound Movements", Squat, Deadlifts, Bench Presses, Overhead Presses, Pullups, and that's basically it. They are the main exercises and a person can actually attain MOST of his natural genetic ability to build his body from those 5 exercises alone. Only when he's very advanced do these smaller exercises actually make much of a difference at all. But everyone buys FLEX magazine and tries to do 2 1/2 hour routines with 40 sets and it's just not efficient.

I wonder if we don't need to switch it up at all until we've gained 1.5-2 inches like DLD did, that's all. I just wonder! Of course I don't know. But if I would add anything, it seems more tempting to just do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for twice as long per day instead of something else. goldmember, did you go through all of the Phases of DLD's manual routine? (I think there are 5 phases now, but there were 4 before I guess) I'm just curious, because if you did and you only gained 0.3" of erect gains I'd be pissed too.
 
I don't understand the point of this thread... who says that hanging is requirement?? It's not... stretching is the only requirement for length gains. How you accomplish that is irrelevent.
 
^^ I agree, the only reason why i would rather hang is because it frees my hands so that i can study for uni.
