At what point do you guys think it's ok to start doing these torniquets? I've recently jacked up my routine so that I get about a total of 50 minutes worth of girth exercising (Ulis, Ferrari Megapumps and jelqs & trap jelqs), and I feel like I can handle it pretty well, so...??:
I don't wanna rush into things, though. As of late I've experienced some aching of the ligs after an intense stretch session, so I'm not sure if I'm ready for exercises that are of such intensity (even though we're talking about girth exercises here)

RED, Most of my girth exercises do depend on trapped blood but I prefer to use my hand as the tourniquet opposed to an outside source. I feel more comfortable being in complete control with my hands. This also allow me to increase or decrease pressure based on feel. I would love to increase the speed of how quickly I gain but I would also hate to lose my penis in the process.

Yea DLD and I were chatting earlier and I was praising the clamp. LOL. The blood flow is not cut off totally if this is done right. It is only the outflow of blood that is being slowed. Still, I would think it would be best to at least open the clamp up a few clicks every so often to get some fresher blood in.

The tissue can take alot more than you think, i slept with a Cock ring on at the base for a whole week once and my cock is still live and kicking today. 8 hours a day of blood flow constriction and all i got was some slight girth gains.

I think the most important thing to remember is everyone is different and each person should practice good caution for their own situation. I just worry too much but I do not want someone getting hurt. I will have much more educated feedback after I try it.

Yes, it really is down to knowing your body and knowing when the limit is, you never want to go over the limit, i got my penis used to seeing if it could handle a cock ring, then if it could be on for prolonged time, i wanted to try it on all day but i found it was too hard to go through the day doing normal things with it on and things, after trying it all i though ill try just one night see how it goes and it was fine. So yeah always do things with Caution you only have one penis remember so be safe.

I doubt that many guys besides Redzulu have seen gains yet. We're all still pretty new to this idea. Then again, I could be wrong. Maybe some more guys will chime in.
Damn, 30 minutes tourniquets !! Why are you guys doing that, after all that time my dick already went limp since a long time, no matter how hard is the tourniquet. I usually do them for not more than 1 minute since these exercises seem to only take effect for me when I am in a close to 95% erection.

Get a cable clamp and make sure you wrap with something under it. Much better effect than a shoelace.
OK I gave them a shot last night and I do have some things to say about them. First I would like to give big props to the person who thought up the cable clamp because these are a wonderful addition to certain girth exercises. I did the dry portion of GIRTH BUSTERS using the clamp and I have to say it was a awesome companion to say the least. It was very easy to remain at an optimum erection level with little effort. My opinion on circulation still remains the same...10 minutes felt like a good time to unclamp, massage good circulation, and reclamp. I really see no benefit in extended clamp sessions but convenience of not having to reclamp.

I've gained about .1" in girth a month for the past three months. I think I'm at a standstill, but I'm also in a transitional period with my routine. I'm in the middle of changing exercises and techniques in order to continue gaining.

Fully! I go inside fully erect, clamp down, do some exercises, clamp down again ASO. Some stroking to keep the full erection is needed if not already horny like hell(like it was with me last night).

As long as you feel your erection still slowely subsiding I don't see any danger for this, even for more then 30min. Only the skin may suffer.
But if you notice the effect of additional balloon-like ultra-hard engorgement up to the point of beeing afraid that your dick will explode (I described it in RZ's original Erect Tunica Work thread) without having to do anything to maintain it, then I belive you should not keep this state more then 10-15min!
