I've been Penis Enlargementing for about 6 years, and I've found certain things to be advantageous for me in terms of actually thickening and widening my penis. First things first. The JELQ is king. It doesn't matter if you've been Penis Enlargementing for 10 years, the jelq is always a useful movement. It provides an almost constant tension along the entire shaft, if performed correctly and with a moderately paced stroke, and primes the veins and arterial supply of the penis for increased capacity. Secondly, it's key to work for maximum expansion but that does not necessitate the use of extreme exercises. In some cases high internal pressures can be useful, but in many instances I've found that in these times a few days rest suffice to bring about substantial recovery and greater expansion can be achieved. The reason for this, as I've read numerous times and failed to actually apply the information until recently, is after high internal pressure is applied over time the tunica collapses, or becomes resilient to expansion. One reason for this is restricted blood flow because of swelling in the arterial walls, and the other is the connective tissue is damaged substantially. The key is to recover well between workouts and promote blood flow into the area. This is why I not only employ a basic ULI squeeze, and the occasional Horse440, but I also have days where all I do is jelq for 200-300 reps.

As far as it goes this is very simple. It's nothing earth shattering, but it has proven to be, by far, the best and most consistent way for me to gain and solidify my girth gains. I've reached 5.75" in the past, but once I switched to length only I lost a significant portion of that size all the way back to 5.25". Recently I've gotten back to an absolutely solid 5.7" inches and my upper shaft is bigger than it has ever been at 5.5". My plan is to continue to take a simple approach and reach 6.25" in girth, but as it is I'm stretching my GF and have to really work it in slowly now. Maybe the 6.25" is a bit much, but I've got plenty of time to get there. All of the talk on the forum about who is fake and who is real is pretty pointless when we can all take simple steps and take this process one day at a time, until WE as individuals are satisfied. I contend that simple methods work the best, and most consistently, and that's what I intended with this post. Best of luck.
 
i find too often that guys want to try to get to the finish line or the promise land within a short period of time and tend to think more is better..i too once thought the same...working 7 days a week and although it didn't hurt me..but i feel like i could have gotten the same progress with less days..keeping it simple is my motto right now as well...wearing my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]..along with basic manual stretches 6 days a week and girth work maybe 3-4 days a week...slow and steady can also win the race...good post
 
shit, ive only been doin erect work like ONCE a week and my erection quality during these times is the best it's ever been. AND i've gained a little!
 
My routine consists of uli squeezes, not for a set amount of reps or time. I usually work for maximum expansion, which can happen from 4-10 reps. On the next day I usually find that I can handle 200-300 jelqs and have a great thick flaccid hang for the next 2-3 days while I rest. It's pretty simple to follow and gauge when I am ready to go for a maximum expansion session or if I need a few extra days to recuperate.

Tiodm69, Flaccid jelqing could be used for gains in FSL or flaccid hang. I would suggest starting a clamp session with 100-200 jelqs or even using them in between clamping bouts to promote blood flow and cement expansion. I've developed some of the concepts I am using now based on my experiences with pumping, where jelqing is used to help cement gains.
 
Nice advice and great to read about your Penis Enlargement adventures. Guys who have trouble with girth should take note. I agree that the jelq is soooo powerful .. the foundation of all Penis Enlargement .. it started me off thats for sure and than came the Horse Squeezes.
